2 General Permissability In this brochure you will find lots of lighting equipment which lacks permission. Kindly check your national law and the european regulations, especially the ECE R48. These light equipments may get permission if factory-made lights are shut down permanently or others covered temporarily. Plug 'n' Shine The Jumbo plug 'n' shine is a wiring system where the components already have been pre-wired and the cable ends have been equipped with special automotive plugs and housings, ready for plug-in. Materials Jumbo stainless steel truck parts are made of high quality materials. Even though being produced on machines of modern levels, we still focus on craftsmenship. The parts are mirror polish.additionally(!) some parts are chromed. The highest level of durable brightness. 3 3 Lights P Those lights we supply in combination with Jumbo stainless steel parts. Roof Light Bars P Lights bars to mount auxilliary lights, additional high beam linghts and beacon lights on the roof or in front of the roof. The Jumbo roof light bars are usefull to fix illuminated nameboards, air-horns and others as well. Light Bars Mid P If a snow plow or other equipment is mounted, covering the original main lights, these bars are to mount surrogate-lights. Bumper Guides P. 21 For conventional trucks or if the front of the truck is equipped with special aggregates, the bumper guides may support in guessing the dimensions of the vehicle. Front Light Bar P Front light bars are to fix additional spot lights on the bumper or front grille. Lower Bumper Bar P The lower bumper bar is fixed under the front bumper of the truck. Side Bars P Side bars are fixed under der original side skirts of the tractor truck. Rear Bars for Working Lights P. 28 These bars for working lights are to fix working lights at the rear side of the trucks cabin. Trims for Spoiler Edges P. 29 Stainless steel trims to be fixed to the upper edge of the side skirts or the side flaps of the cabin. Rear Light Carrier P Rear light carriers for trailers and tractors to mount light euquipment to the frame.

So all work is done. Just take care for the mounting. As we purchase large quantities of lights, we purchase at best prices. A benefit we forward to you. If you choose buying the complete system from us, you will find out: Jumbo high quality is not necessarily expensive. In fact: it's the opposite. 4

5 5 sytem Why is the plug 'n' shine plug so perfect? The plug is sealed extremely well and weatherproof. At the same time it is very slim and can be pushed through the outlet-holes of the tube. Inside the bar, the plughousing is protected and not visible any more. In case the light is damaged, just pull out the plug and unconnect it. Wiring-Box The waterproof wiring-box is specially designed: great flexibility in integration and grouping of additional lights lucid and systematic wiring concept easy replacements and changings fast error tracking of cable faults extremely weatherproof Jumbo System-Wiring-Loom Optional we supply truck-specific wiring systems, including special fuses and relais. Everything is ready to integrate additional spot lights and beacon lights. Just the OEM switches for the dashboard are needed and eventually the CAN programming. Cable layers With some truck models, the cables can easily be laid behind the outer trim of the A-column. No holes need to be drilled. The wiring is directly led to the central electrics. OEM Pre-Inatallations Some OEM optionally supply the truck with sockets on the roof to connect auxilliary spotlights and beacons. 26 Jumbo Side Bars What for? Side bars are for protecting the side skirts of the tractor truck from slight collisions. Technical design: The side bars follow the lower contour of the side skirt. Mounting: The side bars are fixed truck specific to the OEM side skirts. Materials: Stainless steel, mirror polish (some are additionally chromed). Scope of supply: One pair. Ready to fit, with 4 to 5 integrated and pre-wired HELLA LED side marker lights.
