These events took place оп hydraulic ритр assembiies POST МООО For helicopters with а single hydraulic system loss of the hydraulic ритр creates а loss of hydraulic assistance leading to ап increase in loads оп the flight controls and а landing as soon as possibie in compliance with the Flight Мапиаl (FLM).. The check is to ье carried out еуегу 25 flying hours instead of the 150 Ilying hours ог 12 months (the first limit reached is applicabie). 'П addition а new procedure for checking the bearing has Ьееп defined. Consequently EUROCOPTER makes compliance with the new bearing check time limit mandatory. Revision 1 II deterioration is lound during the check 01 the bearing it is now possibie to replace only the bearing Ьу returning the hydraulic pump drive to EUROCOPTER ог опе 01 its DIevel approved centers. Revision 2 Investigations have shown that some bearings were marked during assembiy 01 the hydraulic pump drive assembiy (indentation phenomenon). This indentation тау cause premature damage to the bearing. The potentially indented bearings have Ьееп identilied and аге indicated in paragraph l.а.2.а. Furthermore these investigations have underlined the risks 01 seizure for bearings whose dimensional tolerances сап lead to а high level of preioading. Tighten to contact screws (т) (п) (q) and (u) (Figure 1) in order to immobilize the assembiy install the two screws (с) (Figure 5) оп the pulley (у) leaving some play using а piece о' lockwire create а link (х) install the link (х) between опе of the screws (с) and the hook of the spring balance (zz) position the spring balance (zz) according to Figure 5 confirm that when there is по charge the balance indicates zero. progressively pull оп the spring balance (zz) and record the maximum value displayed as soon as the pulley (у) starts to turn repeat the operation two тоге times while changing the angular position 01the pulley (у). calculate the average value from the three values: average = (value No. 1 + value No. 2 + value No. 3) 13 Interpret the results as рег paragraph 1.Е.2. 3.В.2.С.
