9 MoJack Safety Reminders Follow all OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Make sure riding lawn mower is turned off when using the MoJack. Use MoJack on stable, solid, level ground. Never attempt to lift more than MoJack Pro s demonstrated lifting capacity of 600 lbs Make sure the vertical tower is locked in place before the lawn mower is lifted The MoJack is intended for use with Riding Lawn mowers and riding lawn tractors only and should never be used to service other types of machinery. Two year warranty for residential use, one year warranty for commercial use. Please call for warranty issues or with any MoJack Problems. DO NOT return item to the retailer. *Important: If the tires of your machine are 10 in diameter or smaller call to receive a cross bar that will fit your wheel size *Important: If the winch handle is to long and hits the hood of the lawn mower while the mower is being lifted, please call to receive a winch handle that is 2 shorter

10 Lift tower to vertical position to lock into place Pull release pin out and turn ½ turn Make sure tower is secure Rotate Winch in Direction Shown Until the Safety Latch is Not Engaged in the Safety Ratchet, Squeeze Handles Together to Release Latch Safety Ratchet With Handles Squeezed Rotate Winch In Direction Shown Until Wheel Pads Contact Floor Safety Latch 1

11 Make Sure Wheel Pads are in Contact with the Floor and Inserted Correctly according to the sticker on the Wheel Pads **Do not attempt to lift more that 600lbs** Pull Mower 8 Away from Wheel Pads Remove Detent Pins and Adjust Wheel Pads Make Sure the Same Distance of the Wheel Pad is Exposed on Both Sides 2 Maximum **Mower Operator Must Be off of Mower Before it is Raised** Re Install Pins Drive or Push Mower onto Wheel Pads. Make sure the engine is shut off and Put the Mower into Neutral 2

12 **Mower Operator Must Be off of Mower Before it is Raised** Rotate Winch In Direction Shown To Raise Set Parking Brake and Chock Rear Wheels Before Servicing Mower Before Lowering Mower, Release Parking Brake and Remove Rear Wheel Chock Squeeze Handles To Release Latch Under Load, Rotate Winch As Shown While Squeezing Handles Together Once the Mower is on the Ground, Push or Back Mower off of the Wheel Pads With Handles Squeezed, Begin Lowering T Bar By Rotating Winch In Direction Shown 3

15 MOJACK DISTRIBUTORS, LLC LIMITED WARRANTY What this warranty covers This warranty covers against materials or workmanship defects and malfunctions with your new MoJack when following all operating instructions. What this warranty does NOT cover This warranty does not cover any MoJack which has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original model. It will not cover any Mojack which has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, accident or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages. What the period of coverage is 1. Winch: One year warranty from the purchase date for the original owner. 2. All other components: Commercial Use: One year warranty from the purchase date for the original owner. Residential Use: Two year warranty from the purchase date for the original owner. What we will do to correct problems We will replace any defective or malfunctioning part (within the coverage period) at no charge. How you can get service In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST register your MoJack within 30 days of purchasing. You must keep your receipt as proof of the date of sale. 16 MOJACK DISTRIBUTORS, LLC RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY How do I make a return? Contact us within the return period. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to place on the outside of the box. All merchandise must be shipped back in its original packaging. We will make arrangements for the Mojack to be picked up by a national carrier. What is the return period? Within thirty (30) days of the date that you received your MoJack. In what form will I receive my refund? This is at our discretion. If receiving a refund, please allow 4 weeks for the credit to process to your account. Return Service Fees will be deducted from the value of your refund. Are shipping charges refundable? No Do you have a return service fee policy? Yes. Returns and refunds impose an extra workload on our part. Rather than pass this cost onto the consumer through higher product prices, we are consistent with others within our industry by requiring nominal service fees in the event of returns.
