2 product s details SPECIFIC ENGINE OLIVATOR M SERIES REDUCTION GEAR CRANKCASE Reinforced engine housing fixed to the reduction gear (8 bolts). PATENTED BEARING SUPPORT These powerful engines have been designed specifically for the olive shakers. Every component of the engine has been studied to resist to high vibrations. The engine has high torque and high performances. ROTATION SYSTEM In case-hardening steel. ENGINE CRANKSHAFT - PISTON CLUTCH 78 mm clutch designed for the heavy duty conditions of professional use. CLUTCH DRUM Clutch drum made of special high performance material. No weldings are used; this is to guarantee a longer life of this component. 74 The two pieces crankshafts with two counterweights are made of high quality steel. The special design reduces vibrations and guarantees high performances. Ultra light pistons are used to reduce vibrations. All pistons made of special cast iron have two pistons rings to ensure a longer life of the engine. DIGITAL IGNITION The digital ignitions have been specifically developed by ACTIVE to offer better performances. The digital ignition guarantees an easier start of the engine in any condition, a cleaner engine and lower emissions. CARBURETTOR MUFFLER FUEL TANK Walbro WT diaphragm carburettors with primer are used on all engines. Diaphragms are made of a special material (Mylar) used to guarantee good and long performances even using unleaded fuel with high percentage of alcohol and/or alkylic fuels. The special muffler reduces the noise and improves the engine performances. Graphite gasket resists to high temperature (up to 900 C ). A larger cap on the gasoline tank makes easy the filling operation. All pipes are manufactured in Viton, special material resisting to unleaded fuel corrosion and high temperatures. Special device to avoid Vapor-Lock.

3 HARNESS AIR FILTER REDUCTION GEAR Reduction gear designed specifically for the use on the olive shakers. The harness is ergonomic, adjustable and is equipped with anti vibrations system. The cushion has been designed to guarantee the maximum comfort. The paper filter guarantees better performances and longer life of the engine. CHROMIUM-PLATED SHAFT PROJECT WITH 2 BUSHING PATENTED HANDLE OSCILLATING HANDLE The patented handle is freely sliding to reduce the vibrations an to offer an ideal comfort to the operator. The handle is also equipped with a control to avoid the branches to get out from the hook. The oscillating handle guarantees to the operator a better comfort. 75 TANK GUARD CARBURETTOR HEATING KIT SUPPORT An heavy duty steel guard is mounted to protect the tank and gear box from shocks. The kit to warm intake air ensures an easy start in any conditions. Ideal when temperatures are low. Thanks to a metal support, assembled to the engine, the unit can be easily layed on the ground.
