Removal of the front bumper requires loosening and removing several plastic plugs and screws that may be difficult. It is recommended that this system be installed by a professional mechanic. Figure 6 Figure 7 Figure 8 With 10mm socket and ratchet loosen the 2 screws holding in the vacuum valve. Now remove the 2 screws holding in the valve, remove and pull back. Loosen the screw and nut holding in the bracket that is connected to the cast piece and engine. Remove the bracket from the vehicle. A B Figure 9 Figure 10 Figure 11 Pull back the hose that is connected to the cast piece using pliers. A) Carefully lift up the cast piece and remove from the vehicle. B) Now pull back the hose at the intercooler pipe and remove from the vehicle. Complete upper intercooler pipe assembly removed from the vehicle. Page 2 of Part# SES1900ICP Install the 2-1/2 hump hose to the intercooler with clamps provided and tighten the clamp on the intercooler only using 8mm socket and ratchet. Now install the provided m6 male/female vibra mount to the fitting on the bracket and secure.

Figure 15 Figure 16 Figure 17 Install the upper intercooler tube assembly into the vehicle and position and the bracket to the vibra mount. Do Not Tighten. Secure the flange using original nuts. Do not Tighten. NOTE: Make sure the flange sits flat. Now secure the valve to the fitting on the intake tube, tighten using provided 1/4-20 nut. Loosen the 2 screws holding in the diverter valve, save screws for later install and remove the diverter valve from the stock intercooler pipe. Loosen the temperature sensor from the lower intercooler pipe and remove, now install to the new injen upper intercooler pipe and secure using factory screw. Figure 30 Figure 31 Figure 32 Now install the diverter valve to the new intercooler Install the 2-3/4 elbow hose to the throttle body with Install the new intercooler tube, first re-connect the tube and secure using original screws. Tighten using clamps provided. Do not tighten. Temperature sensor harness. 10m socket and ratchet. Figure 33 Now position the intercooler pipe to the elbow hose and the intercooler hose.
