This limited warranty begins n the invice date f yur purchase f the Prduct and extends: Fr TWO (2) calendar years n the radar sign, and Fr ONE (1) calendar year n the batteries. This limited warranty extends nly t the riginal purchaser f the Prduct when purchased either directly thrugh Traffic Lgix r thrugh an authrized Traffic Lgix distributr and is nt assignable r transferable t any subsequent purchaser r end-user. Traffic Lgix s bligatin and liability under this warranty are expressly limited t repairing r replacing, at Traffic Lgix s ptin, defective prducts. In n circumstances shall Traffic Lgix s liability, whether in cntract r trt, under any warranty, in negligence, r therwise, exceed the amunt f the purchase price f the prduct. Traffic Lgix shall nt be liable fr special, indirect, r cnsequential damages f any kind.
