The Railroad & Light Rail Transit Technical Committee of the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices is responsible for proposed changes to MUTCD Part 8. Gene Hawkins and his Task Force are conducting a NCHRP Project to make recommendations regarding potential format changes to the Manual.
