The term Original Purchaser is defined as that party or entity which purchases True Innovations furniture from an authorized True Innovations retailer as shown by the original sales receipt. This warranty does not apply to as is or previously owned seating products. True Innovations warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (normal wear and tear, fading and stretching excepted), for one year from the date of purchase, except as provided below under the limited warranty. Reach under the right side of the chair and locate the handle and raise yourself up slightly to allow the chair to reach your desired height. To Lower the Seat: Remain seated and lift the handle upwards until the chair lowers to your desired height. To Operate Tilt Lockout Tilt lockout locks the chair in the upright position only. Pulling the handle all the way out allows the chair to tilt. Pushing the handle in locks the chair in the fully upright position. Tilt Tension djustment Grasp the round cylinder knob under the front center of the seat. For firmer/stiffer--turn counter clockwise. For softer/looser--turn clockwise. rm Height djustment Press the button to adjust the arm height. To raise the arm height--press the button and move it up.
