This limited warranty extends fr TWO (2) calendar year beginning n the invice date f the Prduct n the radar sign and TEN (10) years n the LEDs. This limited warranty extends nly t the riginal purchaser f the Prduct when purchased either directly thrugh Traffic Lgix r thrugh an authrized Traffic Lgix distributr and is nt assignable r transferable t any subsequent purchaser r end-user. Traffic Lgix s bligatin and liability under this warranty are expressly limited t repairing r replacing, at Traffic Lgix s ptin, defective prducts. In n circumstances shall Traffic Lgix s liability, whether in cntract r trt, under any warranty, in negligence, r therwise, exceed the amunt f the purchase price f the prduct.
