Ltd,CSDM Mathura, U.P.
2 12. Prototype Development/Inventions: (i) Developed an Electro-Mechanical Juicer-Mixer-Grinder during session 1994-95. It is manual as well a power driven machine. If there is power failure during its operation, it can be operated manually only with shifting it in manual mode. It is equally useful for rural as well as urban areas due to shortage of electric power. (ii) Developed a Single Cylinder Double Acting Reciprocating Submersible Pump, which was installed at Bishambhara, Distt. Mathura for performance testing on 2 nd July, 2003. It performed very well. The discharge of this pump is double than the conventional pumps. It is very useful for rural areas especially for such type of areas where water level is quite low. We can get water in both the strokes of the piston (i.e., either handle goes downward or upward direction). Patent has been granted by Govt. of India, New Delhi for above said pump. (iii) Developed a Solar Electric Vehicle with Mechanical Regenerative Braking System and performance tests were carried out and found that about 50% of the energy that otherwise goes waste during braking can be saved by using this newly developed system. Patent has been granted by Govt. of India for above said M.R.B.S. (iv) Developed an Automatic Carriage Stopper for Conventional Lathe Machine. It is very useful to reduce the rejection rate and to increase the productivity. It is also useful to minimize the accidents. (v) Developed a Power Driven Bending Machine. It is very useful for small scale Industries for furniture manufacturing and equally useful for Automobile Industries. It is simple in design and easy in operation. (vi) Developed a Compound Lever Handle for Hand Pump to reduce effort, resulting in less human fatigue. (vii) Developed an Evaporative Type Refrigerator. A temperature up to 19 0 C-21 0 C can be produced by using this evaporative type refrigerator. It is very useful for rural areas. (vii) Developed an Exercise Cycle Integrated With Grinder And Generator. The energy which otherwise goes waste during exercise may be used in generating electricity for charging the batteries and grinding the spice and making paste of Tomato, onion, Garlic and Ginger. (viii) Developed Mould Clamping Device For Manual Injection Moudling Machine. Production rate may be increased and fatigue will be reduced by using this system. (ix)developed Cricket Bat With Detachable Handle Of Varying Length. This invention facilitates the batsmen globally to lighten their kit bag in terms of weight & finance.
