Page 3 of 8 1.0 OBJECTIVE The objective of this procedure is to provide a system flow for the main electrical system from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) substation incoming power supply to Low Voltage (LV) system inside Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) compound. 2.0 SCOPE 2.1 This procedure shall apply to all High Tension (HT) and Low Voltage (LV) system inside Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) compound. 2.1.1 High Tension (HT) system including transformer and and all HT subsystem. 2.1.2 Low Voltage (LV) system including Main Switch Board (MSB), Essential Main Switch Board (EMSB) and all LV sub-system. 2.1.3 Generator set system. 3.0 DEFINITION 3.1 Co-X : Convention & Exhibition (Putrajaya) Sdn. Page 5 of 8 6.0 PROCEDURE 6.1 Rules And Regulation 6.1.1 Only authorised person with minimum allowable competancy level authorised to operate any main electrical equipment or system: 6.1.1.1 Chargeman B0 (All main electical equipment and system) 6.1.1.2 Chargeman A4 (Generator set and LV equipment and system only) 6.1.1.3 Chargeman A0 (LV equipment and system only) 6.1.2 Any act of violation of item 6.1.1 shall be liable to a fine not exceeding RM10,000 and a fine not exceeding RM1,000 for every day or part of a day during which the violation is continued after the conviction (Section 23, Electrical Supply Act 1994). 6.1.3 Any act which may cause harm to life and human limbs, damage to any equipment or property may be fined not exceeding RM100,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 5 years or both (Section 37, Electrical Supply Act 1994). 6.1.4 All electrical systems must be certified with Pendaftaran Perpasangan by ST and need to be renewed from time to time (Section 21, Electrical Supply Act 1994). 6.2 HT System 6.2.1 HT system function is to receive/cut off 11kV electrical supply from TNB substation. 6.2.2 Transformer will step down the 11kV electrical supply to 415V (LV system compatible load). 6.2.2.1 Transformer TX1, TX2, TX3 and TX4 applied for PICC building electrical load. 6.2.2.2 Transformer TX5 and TX6 applied for chiller plant electrical load. 6.2.3 Daily round and reading for HT system are as per listed in Table 1 and recorded in High Tension Round & Reading Checklist (Co- X/FMD/SOP03-R01). Any reading exceedin the maximum or minimum limit must be highlighted to HOD.

Transformer temperature (Celsius) o c 35 90 Table 1: HT system equipment for routine monitoring. 6.2.4 PPM for HT system frequency as per Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) (Co-X/FMD/SOP01-R03) schedule. 6.3 LV System 6.3.1 LV system function is to distribute the 415V power supply from HT system to MSB and EMSB before further distributed to the building. 6.3.2 Daily round and reading equipment monitoring for LV system are as per listed in Table 2 and recorded in Low Voltage & Generator Set Round & Reading Checklist (Co-X/FMD/SOP03-R02). Bhd.
