Vulcanair is confident that the overhaul and all other maintenance tasks on engine tubular mounts, provided by Maintenance Manual, have been strictly followed by aircraft operators. In order to better evaluate the possible necessity to improve the maintenance tasks on engine tubular mounts, Vulcanair needs to obtain all the necessary information from the fleet. Therefore, Vulcanair would know the results of the last inspection performed on the engine tubular mounts, inclusive of a brief history of eventual occurrencies found in the past, and eventual replacements or repairs carried out, in order to update its occurrencies database to be used also for development of future possible product improvements. Vulcanair please asks owners / operators of P.68 and AP68TP aircraft variants to fill up the forms hereunder and send them to Vulcanair via e-mail at continued.airworthiness@vulcanair.com or via fax at No. +39 081 5918172 First Issue dated 02 February 2011 Page 1 of 5

Part B: Vulcanair intends to add to the current approved aircraft maintenance program a further visual detailed inspection on the engine tubular mounts to be performed every 500 flight hours in accordance with the following procedure: 1. Place the aircraft in a dedicated area for the operations to be carried out 2. Remove all the engine cowlings and gain access to the engine mount structure 3. Clean the engine tubular mount structure in the welded areas, removing any tracks of oil and/or dirty 4. With the aid of a powerful light source, a 10x magnifying glass and a mirror where required, visually inspect the engine tubular mount structure for absence of cracks in the welded areas, with particular attention to the wing and engine attachment areas 5. In presence of any damage, carry out a suitable repair in accordance with the repair procedure laid out in the FAA AC43..13-1B or, referring to removal/installation procedures laid out in the relevant applicable latest revision of the aircraft Maintenance Manual, replace the damaged engine tubular mount with new one to be ordered to Vulcanair at parts@vulcanair.com WARNING NO DAMAGE IS PERMISSIBLE. IN PRESENCE OF ANY DAMAGE, THE AIRCRAFT MUST BE CONSIDERED NOT AIRWORTHY 6. Fill up the forms hereunder, as applicable, and send them to Vulcanair via e-mail at continued.airworthiness@vulcanair.com or via fax at No. +39 081 5918172 7.
