Impeller Applications: Commonly For Exhaust systems, blow-off nozzle supply, combustion air, ovens & dryers, dust collectors, fume extractors, packaging systems, material conveying, food service/washdown, and more. High Pressure Dust & Debris Combustion Achieves high pressures at low flows making it a good option for highly-restrictive systems. A good choice for material handling applications such as dust and fume collectors when the blower needs to handle light debris and particulate (not suitable for large materials). This style of centrifugal impeller is long-lasting and operates with a narrow stalling region making it well-suited for combustion applications even with high turn-down ratios. Impeller Non-Standard Reinforcement Features and Modifications: Extra Thick Parts Welded Blades All-Welded Thermo Plastics Impeller Construction Styles: General Steels & Stainless Aluminum All parts can be made from thicker material for longer wear life or an extra-rigid construction. Additional stitch welds can be added to each blade for an extra rigid construction and bond. Thick plate is used on all parts & the components are MIG welded together instead of riveted. Blades can be coated in a variety of arcwelded or thermoplastic coatings for superior abrasion and erosion resistance. Coatings can be selected specifically for the application at hand. A single C shaped blade is used for both CW and CCW rotations. Riveted blades with additional spot welds; 16 ga spot-welded reinforcement disk on outside. 0.5 thick back disk; 0.09 thick blades and ø3/16 solid rivets are available in larger sizes. 2018 Jan-Air, Inc.
