WHY NFC JUICE IS BE ER? NFC - DIRECT PREßED FRESH JUICE - Fruits are cleaned and peeled - Then cold pressed with pulp and seeds. - Seeds strained out, pulp and juice remain. - Heated for 20 secs. at about 194 F (90 C) and cooled down to 68 F ( 20 C) in 45 secs. - Our organic goodness is ready to ship. - Packed in aseptic bags and stored in cold storage in 0 F - 40 F (-18 C - + 4 C) - When needed they are packed at bottles, baginbox and pouches.
- Fruits and vegetables are chopped up including skin THE OTHERS JUICES FROM CONCENTRATE - Seeds and pulp filtered (therefore nutrients) - Heat evaporates fruits and veggies natural water, causes more nutrient loss - Heated & pressed including skin, pulp and seeds. - Enzymes maybe added to get more juice. - Concentrate juice pasteurized again 1-1,5 hrs @ 176 F (80 C) and stored at room temp. - Juice is reconstituted by adding water to concentrate - Colorant and flavors are added. - Once ready for packing, concentrate is poured into mixing tank - Heated again 1-1.5 hrs @ 176 F (80 C) - Packages are filled sealed and cooled. - Packed and stacked on pallets - They are ready for shipment...
