The retained bowl lowers for lamp replacement. Lower the gear compartment cover for access to the removable control gear tray (b). Post mounted lanterns may be set to either 5 or 15 angle of tilt using the elevation clamping plate supplied (a). road lighting - AL6800 series Alliance IP66 IP54 Hassle free maintenance Lamp Replacement Access to the luminaire for lamp replacement or maintenance is achieved without the need for special tools. Simply unlock the front latch (Fig 1) & lower the lower body until it is engaged by the stainless steel stay hinge. When fully opened (50 entrance angle) there is easy access to all internal components for quick maintenance (Fig 2). Access to the lamp is achieved by a quarter turn "twist lock" of the lamp holder outer casing. Fig 1 Control Gear The electrical control gear tray is located within the upper body casting, attached via a quick release catch system, for ease of maintenance (Fig 3).
