The deviation in above delivery period is not considered / entertained of any bidder and offer will summaraliy rejected if bidder has not offered delivery period as per GSECL tender. Purchase Agreement: The supplier shall have to enter into a Purchase Agreement with GSECL. This purchase Agreement has to be executed on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- duly notarized. The cost of non judicial stamp & Notary charges will be borne by supplier. Format for the Agreement is attached herewith.
