Prevent any liquid frm falling int the remte cntrller. D nt expse the remte cntrller t direct sunlight r heat. If the infrared signal receiver n the indr unit is expsed t direct sunlight, the air cnditiner may nt functin prperly. Use curtains t prevent the sunlight frm falling n the receiver. If ther electrical appliances react t the remte cntrller. either mve these appliances r cnsult yur lcal dealer. Replacing batteries The remte cntrller uses tw alkaline dry batteries (R03/LR03X2) () Slide the cver f the battery cmpartment ff accrding t the arrw directin, then replace the ld batteries with new nes. (2) Insert the new batteries making sure that the(+) and (-) f battery are installed crrectly. (3) Reattach the cver by sliding it back int psitin.. NOTE: D nt use ld batteries r different type batteries r rechargeable batteries, therwise it may cause the remte cntrller malfunctin.

Under SELF mde, the air cnditiner will autmatically clean and dry the Evapratr and keep it as fresh fr the next peratin. 7 FOL Buttn(n sme mdels): Push this buttn t initiate the Fllw Me feature, the remte display is actual temperature at its lcatin. The remte cntrl will send this signal t the air cnditiner every 3 minutes interval until press the Fllw Me buttn again. The air cnditiner will beep t indicate the Fllw Me feature has ended if it des nt receive the signal during any 7 minute interval. 8 9 RESET Buttn: Once the recessed RESET buttn is pressed, all f the current settings will be cancelled and the cntrller will return t the initial settings. Buttn: Press this buttn t start the indr unit. Press again t stp the unit. 0 SPEED Buttn: Press the buttn t select the Fan speed in the sequence:,, D and. Each time the buttn is pressed, the fan speed selectin is shifted. 2 3

TIR ON Buttn: Press this buttn t activate the Aut-n time Indicatrs n display panel setting. Each press will increase the time setting in 30 minutes Mde display increments if the setting time is lwer than 0 hurs. When the Displays the current selected mde. setting time reaches 0h, each press will increase the time setting Including,,, hur in increments. T cancel the Aut-n time setting, just (cling & heating mdels nly) and press the buttn until the time setting is 0.0.. 2 SLEEP Buttn: Active/Disable sleep functin. It can maintain the mst cmfrtable temperature and save energy. Fr the detail,,,,,, see sleep peratin in USER S MANUAL. NOTE: While the unit is running under SLEEP mde, it wuld be cancelled if, SPEED, SLEEP r buttn is pressed. Transmissin Indicatr This transmissin indicatr will light when remte cntrller transmits signals t the indr unit. Temp./Timer display The temperature setting (frm 7 C t 30 C) r timer setting (0~24h) will be displayed. If mde is selected, there will be n display. 3 TIR OFF Buttn: Press this buttn t activate the Aut-ff time display setting. Each press will increase the time setting in 30 minutes This indicatr will be displayed when increments if the setting time is lwer than 0 hurs. Once yu select the perating mde, the perating cnditins are saved in the unit's micrcmputer memry. Thereafter, the air cnditiner will start perating under the same cnditins when yu simply push the buttn f the remte cntrller. Ensure the unit is plugged in and pwer is available. The OPERATION indicatr n the display windw f the indr unit illuminates.. Mde select buttn () Press t select. set it between 2 C and 28 C. Then, after apprximately anther 2 secnds, the signal "h" will disappear and the set temperature will re-appear n the LCD display windw. 3.
