The supplier shall have the experience of having supplied, installed and commissioned a minimum of 5 systems in India on variety of motor applications. b. The supplier shall have the experience of having supplied, installed and commissioned multi bed Motor testing capability with a single control panel in one single site and supported the system for a minimum of 3 years. c. Supplier should demonstrate the calibration of all the sensors used in the system at an NABL laboratory. d. All the sensors and display should be of easy detachable type which can be easily calibrated at respective calibration laboratory for periodic calibration. e. All the spares required to the equipment should be easily available in Bangalore in case of failure and replacement. f. Service Support : 24 hour service backup facility within India. Response to service calls shall be available within 24 hours. Training :
a. Training at manufacturing site and training at CPRI should be provided by the supplier as the part of the supply. Installation: a. Installation and commissioning should be done by the supplier Manual : Three sets of manual copy instruction manual to be provided which includes, wiring diagrams, equipment layout, spare parts list, operation instructions, maintenance instructions, troubleshoot and functional instruction. PDI : Will be done by CPRI at supplier works before dispatch. After written confirmation by the inspector equipment can be dispatched to CPRI as per PO terms. Criteria for Acceptance : Is based on two motors of each range will be tested on the equipment and results will be compared. PN : 1.
