MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY TRAILCOM LIMITED WARRANTS that they will replace or repair without charge, any TROJAN brand trailer component, manufactured by themselves, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within a period of twelve months from date of purchase. This Warranty covers normal use and does not cover damage which results from alteration, misuse, accident, neglect or improper installation, operation or maintenance. TRAILCOM LIMITED s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component. In no event shall TRAILCOM LIMITED be liable for any consequential, indirect or incidental damage of any kind incurred by reason of the manufacture, sale, or use of any defective component. Nor will they be responsible for any charges for repairs carried out to be defective components by people other than themselves unless prior authorization has been granted in writing.
