Safety instruction for Li-Po battery 01.Do not attempt to disassemble or reconstruct the battery. 02.Do not short-circuit the battery. 03.Do not use or leave the battery near an open fire, stove, or heated area. 04.Do not immerse the battery in any liquids, and do not allow any liquids to come into contact with it. 05.Do not charge the battery near fire or under direct sunlight. 06.Do not drive a nail into the battery, strike it by hammer, or crush it. 07.Do not throw the battery or subject it to impacts. 08.Do not use any battery with obvious damage or deformation. 09.Do not attempt any soldering on the battery. 10.Do not over-charge or over-discharge the battery. 11.Do not reverse the polarity of the battery when connecting. 12.Do not connect the battery directly to an ordinary charger socket or car cigarette jack. 13.Do not use the battery for unspecified equipment. 14.Do not touch a leaking battery directly, immediately wash any skin or clothing with water if they come in contact with any liquid leaking from the battery. 15.Do not mix the Li-Poly battery with other non-chargeable batteries. 16.Do not continue charging the battery over the recomended time. (Between 1 hour 15 mins to 2 hours max) 17.Do not put the battery into an microwave oven or a high-pressure container. 18.Do not use a deformed battery. 19.Do not use or keep the battery under direct sunlight. 20.Do not use the battery near areas which may emit static electricity. (over 64V). 21.Do not charge the battery when the environmental temperature is under 0 or over 45. 22.If you find the battery leaking, smelling or any abnormal signs, immediately discontinue use. 23.Keep the battery away from children. 24.Use the specified charger and observe charging amperage requirement. (under 1.5A). 25.When using by minors, parents should supervise at all times and ensure proper handling of battery. Caution for battery 1. Use the original charger. Never charge the battery at more than 1.5 A. 2. Never discharge the battery at more than 5C. Do not discharge too long as this will damage the battery. 3. For full flight time to be achieved please cycle the cells through three flights. 4. Never charge the battery on a carpet floor, this can cause a fire! 5. In order to maintain the voltage and ensure the life time of the battery, please recharge it if it has not been used for more than three months. 05
Assembly 1. Install the propeller adapter on the motor shaft with screws. (M3*10 4pcs) 2.Install the propeller and backplate on to the propeller adapter shaft. 3. Secure the propeller backplate with the supplied hex nut. 4.Install the spinner cone on to the propeller adapter with supplied screw. (M4*38 1pc 5.Install the control horn and blackplate on to the elevator with screws. (PB 1.7*15 4pcs) 6. Install the control horn on the rudder with screws. (PA2.6*28 2pcs) 7. Install the horizontal tail wing on to the fuselage with screws. (PM3*40 2pcs) 8.Install the vertical tail wing on to the fuselage. 9. Secure the vertical tail wing from underneath using the supplied screw. (PM3*50) 10. Glue the decorative antenna on to the fuselage as shown. 11. Install the control horns and backplates on to the ailerons and flaps with screws. (PB1.7*15 4pcs; PB1.7*10 4pcs) 12.Connect the control horns to the servos using the metal linkage rods. 06
Assembly 13. Glue the servo covers over the servo area under the main wing. 14.Glue the decorative fuel tanks on to the main wing. 15. insert the structural reinforcement rod or "spar" into the two halves of the main wing as shown here and securely fasten them together. 16.Connect Channels 1 and 6 (Ail & Flaps) with the "Y" shaped 3 way splitter wire. Then connect Channel 5 with the "X " shaped 4 way splitter wire for the retracts. 17.Install the main wing on to the bottom of the fuselage with the 2 supplied screws. 18.Carefully pack the wiring and receiver into the compartment inside the fuselage. 07
Preparation before flying Make sure the power switch is in the OFF position, then insert 8x AA batteries into the battery compartment of the transmitter. Then make sure the throttle control stick on the left is in the lowest position (throttle value 0) before turning on the transmitter. Once this is done, connect the Li-Po battery to the ESC, (your receiver should be fully wired already) and allow the ESC to initialize. Under no circumstances should the battery be connected directly to the receiver. Test to ensure all control surfaces and throttle are responding correctly. Please also make sure that the propeller does not come into contact with any person or object. Also be sure to secure the airplane to ensure that it does not move while testing throttle response on your aircraft. 08

The proper CG position should be 110mm from the leading edge as following picture shows. Trouble shooting Problem Cause Solution Motor does not start No reaction for the control surface Can not fly straight Can not climb 1. Battery is not fully charged. 2. The batteries in the transmitter are depleted. 3. Check the wire connections to the receiver and motor. 4. The motor is damaged due to impact or mishandling. 5. The frequency binding of the radio system needs rebinding. 1. The servo cable is not fully in or its plugged in backwards. 2.The servo is defective or damaged. 1.The rudder is not set to the center position and is pointing at an angle. 2.The main wing is not mounted in the center position of the airframe or is skewed. 1. The battery is not fully charged. 2. Two aileron have a downwards bias. 1. Charge the batteries. 2. Install a fresh batteries. 3. If problem persists, please contact your dealer. 4. Replace the motor. 5. Please rebind the radio system. 1. Check the connections on the receiver. 2. Replace servo. 1. Adjust the rudder trim tab on the transmitter. 2. Detach and adjust accordingly then reattach the main wing. 1. Charge the battery 2. Adjust the aileron trim tab on the Transmitter.Or the linkage rods directly. Limited radio range The batteries are almost depleted. Replace transmitter batteries. 10
