APPRENTICE TECHNICIAN PROGRESS LOG APPRENTICE INRUCTIONS: At the end of each day track your progress on the attached log by including work order number and date next to each new skill you perform. Have your mentor supervising technician include his initial in the final column to verifying your progress. Keep this log with included evaluations in your training notebook and have it available at the store for review by the district manager or training department. MENTOR INRUCTIONS: Use the attached list to determine what skills your apprentice still needs to learn. Pay close attention to the items that are required skills and let the apprentice practice these when ever possible. Assist by reminding your apprentice to keep this log up to date.
