R11396 New Range of Large Angle Grinders Type 1 Item No. 8 Use Service Tool 559638-99 to remove wires from connector. 27 Early production units were fitted with 2 washers of a different type. Discard the 2 washers and replace with only 1 of the 614045-00 as stuctured on the Service BOM. Make sure the concave side faces away from the Pinion 39 Pinion is only supplied compleate with Gearcase Cover, Gear & Spindle SA. Lubrication. 800 Fill Gearcase with 45-50grms, make sure Gear & Pinion teeth are covered. Coat Armature shaft under Pinion. Touque Settings. 10 1.13-1.69 Nm 12 1.47-2.03 Nm 17/18 1.70-1.90 Nm 36 3.61-4.29 Nm 37/38 5.08-6.00 Nm 40 6.22-7.35 Then back off between 90-100 degrees of a turn. 44 4.52-5.20 Nm 48 2.03-2.60 Nm R11396en.rtf
