Model:G-BC72200A 72V 200Ah 3. Battery box structure The battery system is divided to two boxes(one short box_a and one high box_b), box material is Q235A, thickness is 1.5mm, plastic-spray surface treatmented, color is black. Short box_a: built-in 12pcs 3.2V 200AH modules in series, battery(+, -) and single detection, total 3pcs connectors on the box. Negative pole as battery pack s cathode, connect to electric car. Anode and communication single detection plugs are connected to high box_b, the data of battery modules in short box_a are detected by BMS which is built-in high box_b. High box_b: built-in 12pcs 3.2V 200AH modules in series and BMS. Relay, fuse and other parts are built-int this box too. Battery(+, -) and communication single detection, total 3pcs connectors on the box. Positive pole as battery pack s anode, connect to electric car, cathode and single detection plugs are connected to short box_a, Communication control plug is connected to electric car. 4.
