Foreword All the technical information of this standard is mandatory. This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB 17930-2013 Gasoline for motor vehicles. 7.2 The gasoline for motor vehicle belongs to inflammable liquid, so its marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and handover acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with SH 0164, GB 30000.7-2013 and GB 190. 8 Safety The gasoline for motor vehicle belongs to inflammable liquid, the hazard descriptions and precautions of which are as shown in Appendix D of GB 30000.7-2013. 9 Standard implementation This standard is implemented nationwide since the date of publication AND adopts the gradually introduced transitional period requirements. The transitional period for the technical requirements as specified in Table 2 and Table A.1 is until December 31, 2016, AND since January 1, 2017, the technical requirements of Table 1 will be abolished. The transitional period for the technical requirements as specified in Table 3 and Table A.2 is until December 31, 2018, AND since January 1, 2019, the technical requirements of Table 2 and Table A.1 will be abolished. The transitional period for the technical requirements as specified in Table 4 is until December 31, 2022, AND since January 1, 2023, the technical requirements of Table 3 will be abolished. Taking into account the special environmental protection requirements of some regions in China, local governments can, in accordance with their environmental management requirements, implement in advance the motor vehicle gasoline technical requirements of the corresponding stages after reaching to agreement with the relevant fuel product supply department. www.chinesestandard.net Page 14 of 17
