Company Profile P. D. Stevens and Sons founded in 1959 is a family run business, which has built its reputation on quality, service and innovation. The company specialises in both new build and accident repair for commercial vehicles and accident repair for light vans, cars and 4x4 s. Based in Market Drayton, Shropshire, our workshops are ideally situated, close to the M6 and M1 motorway networks. Attention to detail and after sales service has seen the company serve many major customers such as: Culina Logistics, Lex Autolease along with local authorities. Not only are we recognised by most of the major insurance companies, but we are also a member of V.B.R.A. (The Vehicle Builders and Repairers Association Ltd.) and are accredited by Cars QA Limited for ISO 9001:2008. Continued investment in people, equipment and facilities is ensuring we meet the needs of our customers, whilst remaining competitive within the market place. Will Stevens a co-founder of the business is still Managing Director and is assisted by Mark Stevens who runs the new Maer Lane site dealing with cars, vans, 4x4s and accident repair and recovery. Karl Stevens remains at the Greenfields Lane site in charge of the commercial vehicle and body building side of the business. The company employs 35 staff, many of whom have been with the business since leaving school and have more than 20 years experience in the industry. To continue to construct specialist bodies and meet current legistration, P.D. Stevens aim to put vehicles through Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) to produce type approved bodies. Commercial Bodybuilding The Commercial body shop has flexibility to offer a single bespoke design for the individual owner driver, or a multiple fleet for the larger multi national company. Each vehicle is individually designed in-house, incorporating the latest materials and technology advances to deliver the vehicle best suited, to carry the customers needs. Paint & Livery The final touch to any new vehicle is the paint finish to match, our modern equipment and experienced painters ensure the finish is to showroom standard. We also provide a livery service which enables you to have your company s name and logo anywhere on the vehicle. We have two options available: either hand sign written or vinyl livery. Accident Repair & Fleet Care We offer an accident repair service for all types and sizes of vehicles. Our fleet care service offers the customer a comprehensive servicing programme, both on site at our own workshops, and when necessary at the customers own premises. Work can be carried out to suit customer needs to ensure the vehicle is off the road for the shortest possible time. Our fully trained experienced staff ensure that all repair work is carried out to the highest standard, and meets with the rigorous checks carried out by the insurance companies and vehicle manufacturers. Tail Lift & Mobile Doors Servicing Being agents for Del tail lifts we are able to carry out Loler examination, repairs and servicing including weight testing up to 1500kgs. We are also agents for J.R. Industries mobile doors and are fully competent in repairing all types of doors such as Whiting Shutters and Ross & Bonnyman. In addition to these services on site our mobile service van enables us to operate off site, ensuring essential maintenance can be undertaken at our customers premises out of hours thus negating the need to hire vehicles or have vehicles out of commission.

Our aim is to achieve total customer satisfaction and we have successfully completed the VBRA operating standards for Full Structural Repair. Stevens also operate a trade plate vehicle movement service for major fleet companies such as Lex Autolease on a national basis via a network of retained professional drivers.
