The area arund a 2 phase decanter is less cmplicated as there is n water t deal with. If the decanter design is gd, 2 r 3 phase will have very similar extractin. What can be a much larger variable is the paste preparatin.

Blckages ften happen at start-up. (blcked spear) Once the decanter is accepting the paste increase the flw t apprximately half the decanters capacity. Wait fr il t flw frm the il utlet s yu can examine it. Depending the cnditin f the il, slwly increase the speed f the decanter until yu reach yur chsen paste speed. If pssible test the waste every 15 mins in the first hur with an NIR machine. Every hur after that.
