HPS SERIES CNC HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKE OPTIMUM ACCURACY Linear encoder for ram position measuring CONTROL TECHNOLOGY Two linear encoder (Y1-Y2) are mounted on two sides of machine, they measure the exact distance between the ram and worktable, the encoders are connected to the table, so that the deformation of the side frames does not influence the position, the position data is immediately sent to the control system that calculates and output the control signal for the servo valves. If there is minor position error, two servo valves can be rectified necessarily by CNC system, it always ensures the parallelism status between the ram and worktable. MACHINE CONFIGURATION TABLE CROWNING SYSTEM PROGRAMMABLE CROWNING SYSTEM V-AXIS CNC crowning ensures the ram and table are parallel during the bending operation. Sheet thickness, length, die opening and tensile strength data are entered into the controller, force and related deflection of the table and ram are automatically determined, preloading is optimally obtained for each bend. With YSD HPS press brakes, you achieve an optimal bending process and excellent bending results from the first piece. There is also a low sound lever pump and a large tank with oil level and temperature gauge on oil filter, double acting cylinders ensure high reliability safety. ELECTRICALS All electrical elements are in accordance with the DIN standard and the machine is fitted with most Telemecanique(France) components which have overload protection reliability and are easily obtainable throughout the world. FRAME The frame has designed by UG software and welding solid steel structure and the resulting fabrication is extremely rigid giving minimal deflection under load. OPERATION PANEL The control panel is equipped with a key switch to allow the choice of single or continuous stroking which the operator activates by using the movable foot switch. BLADE BEAM GUIDING Three pairs of rollers ensure optimal guiding of blade beam,the two lower roller guides (A) offer maximum resistance to horizontal forces,while the upper pair(b)form a reverse torque to balance the cutting beam.the beam is permanently forced against the rollers by a third pair of prestressed roller guides (C). During the cutting action the angled movement of the beam provides a clearance so than a precise, straight, vertical cut edge is obtained reducing burrs and friction between the upper and lower blades. BLADE GAP Satisfactory cutting results can only be obtained when the rake angle and blade gap are adjusted correctly. FRONT SUPPORTING ARM Front supporting squaring arm with t-slots, scales, finger protection and limit stop carrier. TABLE & SUPPORT PLATES This features is for greater efficiency and less risk of damage to the plates. Ball transporter and bar can easily move the plate.
