Human Factors 145 a 30 (e) and Amc & Gm INITIAL/RECURRENT: Human Factors covers a range of issues including the perceptual, physical and mental capabilities, the interaction and effects on individuals of their job and working environments. Objectives: understanding and identify the nature of Human Error; Reduce human error working under the stress and fatigue; Identify strategies for reducing Human Error; Adopt a non-punitive policy toward human error (not violations); Identify threats of repetitive tasks before they become errors, empowering the Visual inspection; control and implement correct communication within and between teams Air Operation EASA 965/2012 FAMILIARIZATION/ADVANCE: The course is focused on requirements at the European level for CAT (Commercial Air Transport) operations of aeroplanes and helicopters. The course will highlight the changes from EU-OPS 1 and JAR-OPS 3 requirements to the new EASA OPS Regulations. The new Implementing Rules (Regulation EC 965/2012) will be applicable from 28 October 2014 Safety Management System: This course is specifically designed to give a basic understanding of the elements and functions involved in a compliant ICAO Safety Management Systems (SMS) and EASA Management System (SM) 4

Easa Part M FAMILIARIZATION/ADVANCE: This course is focused on Continuing Airworthiness Requirements. The course introduce to CAMO operators requirements. The objectives of the course are: introduce to the EASA regulations, structure, responsibility, terms of application; analysing the objectives and the structure of Easa Part M; examine organizational requirement that constitute Easa Part M Easa Part 145 FAMILIARIZATION/ADVANCE: The content of the course is the Maintenace Organisation Approvals.
