PHW INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS To ensure the successful installation and assembly of this wireless remote transmitter kit, read and follow these instructions and refer to the exploded view before attempting to install. Check contents of package with parts list. Step 1: Cool machine down before installing kit. Unplug machine from power source and relieve pressure from discharge hose. Nuts Base Receiver Antenna 90 Studs Step : Jumper 98004430-5 Remove the 9-pin jumper plug from the bottom of the electrical junction box and discard. Step 3: 98004430-6 Plug the two male harness plugs into the wireless base receiver. The plugs are color coded with unique keyways to maintain the correct polarity of the plugs. Step 4: Install wireless base receiver onto two studs located on electrical junction box. Make sure harness connectors face towards inside of machine. Secure base to electrical box using two 1/4" flange nuts (item 14). Step 5: 98004430-7 Install antenna onto wireless base receiver. The antenna base should be rotated to the 90 position. Step 7: Cut the braided detergent hose 3" below the detergent valve. Using two hose clamps (item 11) on both ends of the braided detergent hose, install the electric solenoid valve (item 1). Be careful to orient the valve with the directional arrow pointing down. Step 8: Plug machine into a power source. Observe LED lights on the wireless base receiver. Base Receiver Screws Antenna Jumper Nut Nut Step : 98004430-1 Remove the 9-pin jumper plug from the bottom of the electrical junction box and discard. 98004430-13 Step 3: Plug the two male harness plugs into the wireless base receiver. The plugs are color coded with unique keyways to maintain the correct polarity of the plugs. 98004430-14 Step 4: Insert mounting screws (item 0) through holes in the electrical junction box and secure with nuts. Place wireless base receiver onto two screws and secure base to electrical box as shown using two 1/4" flange nuts (item 14). Step 5: Install antenna onto wireless base receiver. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Plug the machine into a power source. Step : With the transmitter in your hand, push and hold the #6 button to turn on the transmitter. The "TX" LED light will flash green. Step 3: Push and release button #1 to turn pump on. #1 PUMP ON ENGINE OFF # PUMP OFF Step 4: Push and release button #3 to turn burner on. The "Burner ON/OFF" LED light will illuminate red. Step 5: Push and release button #5 to turn the detergent on. The "Detergent On/OFF" LED light will illuminate amber. #3 BURNER ON #5 DETERGENT ON/OFF #4 BURNER OFF #6 TRANSMITTER ON/OFF Step 6: Push and release button #5 to turn the detergent off. The "Detergent ON/OFF" LED light will go out. Step 7: Push and release button #4 to turn burner off. The "Burner On/OFF" LED light will go out. Wait for the machine to cool down properly before shutting pump off. Step 8: Push and release button # to turn the pump off. 98004430-11 Step 9: Push button #6 to turn the handheld transmitter off. The handheld transmitter can be turned off at any time during the operation of the machine, to conserve battery power. Turning off the handheld transmitter will leave the machine in its current state of operation. The transmitter will need to be turned back on to change the operational modes of the machine.
