He could have completed minimum three jobs not less than 100 hp in last one year. Vendor should have a minimum turnover in the range of 3Cr to 5 Cr in last one year or 10 cr in last three years. Supplier/vendor should give quotations in two envelopes separately superscribing on the envelope TECHNICAL INFORMATION and COMMERCIAL INFORMATION.
