Ours is an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization. We are now an established source for precision machining of components and subassemblies to Defense, Aerospace, and Automobile Industries. About our Organization OUR VISION ON INDIGENIZED DEVELOPMENT We have synergized the vision of our country with that of ours in making India a self sustained place for defense & Aerospace products. We are one of the pioneers in indigenization of such products and some of them are listed below. R AM MER CH AIN AS SEMBL Y Developed in the year 1997, Rammer chain assembly was our first indigenized development. It is a part of the automatic loading gear (ALG) mechanism which is responsible for loading the ammunition into the barrel of the T-72 & T-90 battle tank. We are successfully delivering them to defense till date.
QUICK CONNECT-DISCONNECT SELF SEAL COUPLINGS Developed in the year 1986 for Indian Defense.Provides a spill free joint for both pneumatic and hydraulic applications ranging up to 1000 bar. CONTROL PANEL ASSEM BLY Developed for Indian defense in the year 1997, controls precisely elevation and traverse of the gun.
CABLE CUTTER AS SEMBLY Developed in the year 2004. It is a pyro device responsible for solar panel deployment of the satellite. UMBILIC AL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY Developed in the year 2008. It is used for pneumatic services to the liquid stages of Launch vehicles which has to separate safely during lift off of the launch vehicle (Rocket). It is a mission critical assembly.
CONNECTING ROD ASSEM BLY Developed in the year 2012. One of the critical sub assemblies responsible for transmitting the power from the cylinders to the crank shaft. It used in hi-torque UTD engines of battle tanks & other military vehicles. CLICKER ASSEMBLY Developed in the year 2012. It is used as part of the sighting equipment of the rocket launcher responsible for precisely fixing the target in elevation as well as in traverse.
UNIVERS AL JOINT ASS EMBLY Developed in the year 2013. It acts as a pivot joint in gimbal actuation during the last stage (PS4) of PSLV. It is a mission critical assembly. AD V AN CE ANGLE COUPLI NG ASSEMBLY Developed in the year 2014. Advance angle coupling forms a part of fuel injection systems responsible for delivering the required amount of fuel to the hi-torque V-46 & V92S2 engines.
TOOTHED RACK AS SEMBL Y Developed in the year 2015. Toothed Rack Assembly forms a part of fuel injection systems responsible for delivering the required amount of fuel to the hi-torque V-46 & V92S2 engines. BOOSTER PUMP AS SEMBL Y Developed in the year 2016. Booster Assembly comes as part of fuel regulating system and it is responsible for increasing the pressure of the fuel by 2 bars.
IGNITER HE AD END ASS EMBLY Major sub-assembly used for PSO XL stage in Launch vehicle. It is responsible for PS0 ignition of solid stage I RESERVOIR SHELL It is a part of the electro-hydraulic actuator of the L40 stage of the launch vehicle. The inner diameter of 90mm to the length of 200mm is controlled within 20microns
MOMENTUM WHE EL ASSEM BLY Momentum Wheel Assembly which is used in the inertial system units is a satellite flywheel energy storage system. DI APHR AGM Made of Titanium alloy in which the curve radius and the surface finish are very crucial parameters.
