Note 2 Trailer category is based upon a best estimation of the gross volume of material being carried and not the volume of the trailer itself. Note 3 Vehicles and trailers are charged separately. Note 4 Waste carried on the roof of vehicles will be subject to trailer rules. 8
Recycling responsibly Recyclables should be as clean and dry as possible Rinse out all remaining food and liquids Flatten or squash boxes, cartons and cans Remove plastic packaging from cardboard and paper Check that your plastic containers are recyclable, plastic bottle tops can be left on Make sure you put the correct material in each container Only household waste will be accepted at the facility The facility is for the use of private vehicles only No commercial waste will be accepted on site in compliance with EPA Licence No. w0015-01 9
Compost Bins For Sale Home compost bins are available to purchase on payment of 35 per bin at the site. Schools can get free compost bins subject to approval by the Green School s Co-ordinator at Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council. General notes for customers using Ballyogan Recycling Park Credit card payments are accepted at Ballyogan Recycling Park. You can also pay by cash and laser / debit card. Customers should for their own convenience pack waste into their vehicles, segregated by material type, so that it can be quickly unloaded. Customers must secure and cover waste carried in trailers or on roof racks. Ballyogan Recycling Park is located in a residential area. Please be considerate to our neighbours when accessing the site. Do not sound car horns unless absolutely necessary, do not block entrances or cause obstruction to other users of the public roads. 12
