PNEUMATIC TOGGLE PRESSES Electropneumatics Toggle Presses are high quality heavy duty, precision machined units, built to withstand the most demanding industrial use. Using compressed air, which is normally available in a manufacturing unit, these presses can give you high pressing forces without the dangers of electricity or contamination from hydraulics. These presses are available in capacities of 4 tons, 8 tons and 10 tons at 7 bar working pressure and can be used in sensitive areas without the problems associated with oil and electricity. FEATURES: Every part machined in our high-tech machine shop producing closely monitored high quality components giving toggle presses a long working life. Moving parts under stress are manufactured from high tensile steel alloy hardened and precision ground where required. High quality seals used to keep maintenance down and help the units to have a long trouble free life. All stages of manufacture and assembly are subjected to rigorous inspection and test procedures. Only standard clean 7 bar (100 psi) compressed air required to power the presses and no hydraulics or electricals used, enabling safe and simple installation.
