Te T-BURST older or swiss turning applications, as wit te current T-BURST older, applies ig pressure coolant rom dual oles directly etween te metal cip and te insert s rake ace or optimum cip control, extended tool lie as well as increased productivity troug iger cutting speeds and eed rates. It is capale o andling coolant pressure up to 140 [ar] maximum and is designed to macine miniature products generally ound in te automotive, medical and aerospace sectors. Te new T-BURST older is ideally suited or macining diicult-to-cut materials suc as stainless steel, titanium, inconel and oter eat resistant alloys. For added convenience, a simple coupling (one-touc excange) system as een introduced. Te ose connecting te macine to te older can e easily and quickly attaced or detaced or replacement. Te coupling system s oses are availale in two lengts: 200 mm and 300 mm depending on te macine s speciications.
