SYSTEM OUTLINE The current from the battery is always flowing from the FL MIN to MIN fuse to HED relay (oil side) to TEMINL of the daytime running light relay (Main), from DOME fuse to TEMINL of the daytime running light relay (Main) and from the LT fuse to Taillight relay (oil side) to TEMINL 5 of the daytime running light relay (Main). When the ignition SW is turned on, the current flowing through the GUGE fuse flows to TEMINL 0 of the daytime running light relay (Main).. DYTIME UNNING LIGHT OPETION When the engine is started, voltage generated at TEMINL L of the generator is applied to TEMINL 9 of the daytime running light relay (Main). If the parking brake lever is pulled up (Parking brake SW on) at this time, the relay is not activated so the daytime running light system does not operate. If the parking brake lever is then released (Parking brake SW off), a signal is input to TEMINL 8 of the relay. This activates the daytime running light relay (Main) and the DL NO. relay is turned to on, so the current flows from the MIN fuse to the DL NO. relay (Point side) to HED LH (UP) fuse to TEMINL of the headlight LH (High) to TEMINL to TEMINL of the headlight H (High) to TEMINL to TEMINL of the DL NO. relay to TEMINL 4 to GOUND, causing the headlights to light up (Headlights light up dimmer than normal brightness.). Once the daytime running light system operates and the headlights light up, the headlights remain on even if the parking brake lever is pulled up (Parking brake SW on). If the engine stalls and the ignition SW remains on, the headlights remain light up even through current is no longer output from TEMINL L of the generator. If the ignition SW is then turned off, the headlights go off. If the engine is started with the parking brake lever released (Parking brake SW off), the daytime running light system operates and headlights light up when the engine starts.. HEDLIGHT OPETION When the light control SW is switched to HED position and the dimmer SW is set to LOW position, the signal from TEMINL of the light control SW is input to TEMINL of the daytime running light relay (Main) via the integration relay. This activates the daytime running light relay (Main) and the HED relay is turned on, so the current flows from the MIN fuse to HED relay (Point side) to DL NO. fuse to DL NO. relay (oil side) and DL NO.4 relay (oil side) to GOUND, turning the DL NO. and NO.4 relay on. lso, current from the HED relay (Point side) to H-LP (LW) fuses to TEMINL of the headlights (Low) to TEMINL to GOUND, so the headlights low side light up. When the light control SW is switched to HED position and the dimmer SW is set to HIGH position, the signal from TEMINL of the light control SW is input to TEMINL of the daytime running light relay (Main) via the integration relay, and from TEMINL of the dimmer SW is input to TEMINL 8 of the daytime running light relay (Main). This activates the daytime running light relay (Main), HED relay, DL NO., NO. and NO.4 relay is turned on, so the current flows from the MIN fuse to HED relay (Point side) to H-LP (LW) fuses to headlights (Low) to GOUND, and current also flows from the MIN fuse to DL NO. relay (Point side) to HED LH (UP) fuse to headlight LH (High) to DL NO.4 relay (Point side) to GOUND, and current also flows from the DL NO. relay (Point side) to HED H (UP) fuse to DL NO. relay (Point side) to headlight H (High) to DL NO.4 relay (Point side) to GOUND, and current also flows from DL NO. relay (Point side) to high beam indicator light to GOUND, causing the headlights low and high side and the high beam indicator light to light up. When the dimmer SW is switched to FLSH position, the signal from TEMINLS and 8 of the dimmer SW is input to TEMINLS and 8 of the daytime running light relay (Main). This activates the daytime running light relay (Main), HED relay, DL NO., NO. and NO.4 relay is turned on, so the through the MIN fuse flows the same route as the dimmer SW is set to HIGH position, so the headlights low and high side and the high beam indicator light to light up.. UTOMTI LIGHT ONTOL OPETION When the daytime running light is operating and the utomatic control sensor detects a decrease in the ambient light (It continues less than approx. 500 lux over about 0 seconds, and it is less than 000 lux.), the automatic light control operation starts. t the same time, daytime running light relay (Main) is activated, so current flows from the LT fuse to the Taillight relay (oil side) to TEMINL 5 of the daytime running light relay (Main), and the MIN fuse to the HED relay (oil side) to TEMINL of the daytime running light relay (Main), activating both the Taillight relay and the HED relay, so that the taillights and headlights light up. When the automatic light control sensor detects an increase in the ambient light (It continues more than approx. 000 lux over about 0 seconds, and it is more than approx. 500 lux), the ignition SW is turned to off, the light control SW is turned to HED position, and the automatic light control operation stops. 000 MY (EWD94U) 9
