At the registration counter in the Charlemagne Building, you will receive a name badge and all necessary information. Please keep your badge with you during the entire period. The registration desk will be open on 3 March 2010 at 12:00h.
Conference Venue The Galileo Application Days will take place at the Charlemagne Building. It is located in the centre of the European quarter in Rue de la Loi 170, 1040 Brussels. Venue: Charlemagne Building Metro Station: Schuman Train Station: Schuman How to go there: By train: By subway: By bus: By car : The station Bruxelles Schuman is cater-cornered to the venue. Line no.1 and 5 stops at station Schuman, which is located 300m from the venue. Line no. 22/36/60/79 stops at station Schuman. The fastest way from and to the airport by bus is line no. 12 to station Schuman. Follow the indications "European institutions"

How to get from the airport in the city By train and subway: The train station is located below the terminal at level -1. The trains leave in intervals of approximately 15 minutes. Take the shuttle from the airport to the Centre of Brussels: Central Station (Gare Centrale) From Brussels Central Station, take the metro 1 or 5 (direction Stockel / Herrmann Debroux ) to Schuman. Bruxelles Nord From Brussels Nord the train in the directions Dinant, Louvain La Neuve Univ or Luxembourg and get off at stop Schuman. From Schuman, walk along Wetstraat (Rue de la Loi). The Charlemagne building is on the right-hand side. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes and costs 2,80 for the train and 1,50 for the metro. By bus: The bus station is located one floor down from the arrival zone at level zero. The Airport Line no. 12 bus links the airport directly with the European District departing three times per hour. Take bus no. 12 in the direction Luxembourg and leave the bus at station Schuman. From Schuman you are in walking distance to the venue. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes and costs 3. By car : Follow the indications "European Institutions" By taxi: Licensed taxis are recognizable by the blue and yellow emblem. The fare to the city centre is around 40.
