Features and Benefits Diversified specification Offer diversified specification for users to satisfy the requirements of airflow, cold capacity and pressure, including horizontal/vertical exposed/concealed, standard/histatic; optional left hand/right hand, back return air/nether return air, hot water coil/electric heater, nylon/aluminium filter, 2-way valve/3-way valve, etc. Operating range On the standard design conditions, the air of 3 rows unit is 300-3400 m 3 /h, and cooling capacity is 2.4 to 16.5. The external static pressure of standard units is 0-30 Pa. HFCE 03 to 12 offer a Hi-static option up to 60 Pa. piece casting, which accepts steel pipe directly. Pay attention to the magnitude of the supporting force avoiding damaged or leaked. A manual air vent is fitted with a drain line to the drain pan to avoid any water drips when venting. A water drain is located at the bottom of the coil header. The drain pan has one 3/4 inch male pipe thread connection. Condensation water pan For maximum security from leaks, the pan has been designed with a certain gradient that allows condensation water to discharge rapidly. Unit data Fan coil casing is fabricated with rigid galvanized steel. The DIDW centrifugal fans have galvanized steel forward curved blades, and have steady running performance. Low noise level is stand out by the ingenious design about the fan board and the top of casing. Bolt and screw cap at the back of the casing are disassembled at any moment. An optional return air plenum is available to allow the connection of a variety of filters. Motor Motors are of permanent split capacitor type for maximum efficiency and minimum noise with permanently lubricated, sealed sleeve bearings. The motor capacitor is totally enclosed in a metal shield, and attached to the motor. The motor lead-out wires are enclosed in a flexible metal conduit to provide protection against damage. Coil Copper tubes are mechanically bonded into slit aluminium fin collars. inlet connections are 3/4" (Sizes 03 to 12) and 1/2" female pipe thread. Header assembly is one 4
