DESCRIPTION AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TAILGATE (Part 1) The tailgate contains the hopper of waste and packer plate and carriage plate (devices for transferring waste from the hopper to the body and to their compacting on the wall of the ejector plate. Metal bearing structure consists of tubular structural steel Fe510 B, with side plates in Fe510 B 5 mm thick and 5 mm thick wearresistant steel HARDOX450.. Hopper (Part 5) wear-resistant steel Hardox 500 (minimum hardness HB500) 10 mm thick. Tailgate hooked to the body with two hinges upper and four lower hooks, all the pins are 40 mm diameter in steel C45. Locking the tailgate to the structure of the body, in the closed position, so as as to ensure resistance to the thrust of the compaction system, as well as the seal effect between tailgate and body. Opening tailgate to unloading through No. 2 side hydraulic cylinders and not interfering with the trajectory of unloading of waste, tailgate opening angle 90 that does not obstruct the exit of waste during unloading. Tailgate with red prop safety, on the left side, which keeps opening the maintenance phase. The tailgate is provided with a rear opening flap, to facilitate unloading of vehicles satellite or manual loading of the waste. Height of the rave rail with tail lift about 1600 mm, 1400 mm with tail lift lowered. Valve 2 " sewage discharge for drainage leachate. BODY (Part 2) Support structure with high yield point made of tubular rectangle Fe510B. Base area in wear steel HARDOX400 (Hardness HB400) 4 mm thick. Smooth curved side walls, 4 mm thick in Fe510B. Plates containing slurry and welded watertight roof thickness of 4 mm in Fe510 B. 2 valve for sewage unloading. All welds are performed in a workmanlike manner so as to ensure a perfect seal and in compliance with UNI EN ISO 3834-4:2006: Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. Pairing with tailgate watertight, fitted with gasket triangular, easy and fast replacement, guarantees the perfect watertight is in working phase, both during the transfer of the vehicle. CARRIAGE PLATE (Part 3) Supporting structure in metal structure consists of tubular structural steel Fe 510 B and HARDOX400 that ensures durability and efficiency of the parts in direct contact with the waste. PACKER PLATE (Part 4) Tubular supporting structure in load-bearing steel Fe510B and coating with steel plate and anti-wear HARDOX400 (HB400), 5mm thick. LIFTING DEVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH UNI EN 1501-5 (part 5) INTERFACE CHASSIS (Part 6 ) Structure for added strength structural tubular steel Fe510B size 140x70 5 mm thick. Union body of the equipment to the chassis and components in compliance with the requirements of the manufacturer of the frame and in a manner that does not create abnormal stress in concentrated areas. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION OF COMPACTION ARTICULATED SINGLE PACKER PLATE (PACKER PLATE + CARRIAGE PLATE) Packer plate and carriage plate conveys the material to the ejection plate. The latter is moved by a telescopic cylinder, controlled by a valve precalibrated so as as to ensure the backpressure in compaction stage. The compacting unit is driven by two pairs of connecting rods hinged on thepacker plate of the one part, the other part to the tailgate. The movement of the blade and carriage 4 is transmitted by hydraulic cylinders, double acting. All cylinders are actuated by hydraulic valve controlled by the electronic control unit. The qualitative characteristics of the cylinders of packer plate and carriage plate: -Pair cylinder movement carriage plate: reaming 140 mm, polished cane in ST.52, hardened and chrome plated piston rod diam.80 mm, C45, 60 mm diameter fixing pins in c45. -Pair cylinder movement packer plate: reaming 120 mm, polished cane in ST.52, hardened and chrome plated piston rod diam.75 mm, C45, 60 mm diameter fixing pins in c45. Time required to perform a compaction cycle: 30 seconds. Movements of carriage and packer plate do not interfere with lifting device during unloading. The tailgate and the devices of the group of compaction in contact with the waste are all steel HARDOX. The compaction functions and safety devices are managed by a single electronic control unit that has continuous monitoring of the various job functions. The electro-hydraulic system of operation of the equipment is controlled from a control panel on the outer right side of the tailgate, the hydraulic pump with PTO gearbox is inserted from the cabin. Command operating cycles: 1) MANUAL CYCLE SINGLE PHASES OR CONTINUE WITH COMMAND HOLD-TO-RUN 2) CONTINUOUS AUTOMATIC CYCLE (ONLY WITH GUIDE PLATE CLOSED) 3) SYNCHRONIZED SINGLE CYCLE WITH LIFTING DEVICE Emergency buttons and rescue of the compaction system: red STOP button and yellow EMERGENCY to release the compression zone in the cargo area.
