1 AUTOBREN ROAD SWEEPER TS7 DESCRIPTIVE DATA SHEET REV GENERAL VEHICLE INFORMATIONS - Suitable vehicle to operate on road and apron with chassis of commercial origin; -Collection system exclusively suction type; -Suitable vehicle for every kind of solid debris trough the suction of them, without wetting the surface; -Suitable for the collection of metal materials without the aid of magnets; -Suitable vehicle that can operate on wet runways, as a result of atmospheric precipitations and temperature between -5 and +40; -Equipped with outside suction hose for debris deposited in drainage wells.

TECHNICAL DETAILS -Chassis built with steel ladder frame with high resistance; -Equipped with front and rear emergency towbar; -Gross Vehicle weight 15 tons; -Wheelbase between 3300 and 3500; -Advance cabin, hydraulic forward tilt, with two seats, right driver's side (upon request coustmer can have a left driver s side) equipped with a wide range of accessories: air condition, electric windows, pneumatic suspension driver s seat, car radio, etc. -Mechanical suspensions with easy front flexibility, with double flexibility and reinforced rear suspension. -Power motor drive till 220 hp in full compliance of the regulations, that could be equipped by request with a suppressor sparks muffler. -Fuel tank capacity 120 liters; -Manual gearbox (optional on request automatic gearbox); -Operating speed from 5 to 10 km/h, transfer speed according to the rules of the road; -Single wheels on front axle and twin wheels on rear axle; -Electrical system in compliance with CEE rules 24V, powered by 12-volt battery; -Lighting devices in compliance with the regulations (C.d.s.); -Connectors and external electrical connections watertight IP65; -Option : auxiliary electrical plug to start from outside, uniform type (coaxial with adapter bipolar) inserted), in the circuit (STANAG 4074), lighting in compliance with airport standards (beacon with blinking yellow light/tungsten amber, etc); -Automatic intermittent buzzer while reversing; -Extra side lights and Warning lights visible from above; -N 4 working beacons oriented (brushes, suction mouths, etc.) for night use;

3 3. SAFETY DEVICES The machine is built with safety device in compliance with Machinery Guideline Direttiva/2006/42/CE attachment IIIA and Environmental Guideline/200/14/CE attachment III.B.46. Electromagnetic Compatibility Guideline/2004/108/CE and Low Voltage Guideline/2006/95/CE. Safety required for road sweepers machines EN 13019:2009, Safety machinery-projecting general concepts-estimate risk and decrease risk EN12100:2010. Safety equipments: -Emergency stop button inside the cabin and on board machine. -N 1 3kg powder extinguisher approved with support placed inside the cabin or on board machine. -Instructions pictograms and alert residual risk; -N 1 first aid kit in compliance with standards DIN B, placed inside the cabin; - Tools and equipment for the operations provided from the Instructions and maintenance manual by the driver. 4. LIGHTING AND COMUNICATION DEVICES Lighting devices are in a compliance of standards requested. Acoustic and blinking devices while reversing with amber light on tungsten beacon. On request can be mount on machine: Transceiver device. 5. PAINTING Product totally and efficiently treated with suitable anticorrosive substances. Metal surface treated and painted according to the standards of good technics and with a suitable technological process, they result protect and the protection is compatible with the final paint. Every protection and painting process are controlled and recorded in compliance with the Internal Quality System adopted by Autobren.

4 6. DESIGNING AND QUALITY STANDARDS The construction Company adopted an internal Quality System certified in compliance with ISO9001_2008 by licensed entity Kiwa Cermet. Production equipment also provide inspections by the customer to document the monitoring production processes and compliance of the materials used. Every production processes (projecting, manufacturing, assembling, panting, installing systems, final testing and every quality and recording controls) are conducted at the Autobren departments. 7. CERTIFICATIONS Accompanying the supply it will be delivered the origin certificate of the auxiliary engine, quality certificate of the Inox steel used, quality certificate of the Hardox of the turbine wheel, Approval certificate of the frame, conformity certificate CE in compliance with standards, MCTC certificate for urban roads. 8. MAIN FEATURES FOR DIMENSION AND PERFORMANCE --Gross Vehicle weight : from 150 to 180 q; -Wheelbase from 3300 to 3500mm; -General dimensions: length (front brush exluded) 6500mm, width 2500 mm, height 3000 mm; -Working speed between 5-15km/h; -Cleaning area with side brush 2200mm, with two side brushes and front brushes 3300 mm; -Maximum sweeping capacity till m 2 /h. -Air flow rate of the turbine m3/h. Waste hopper: - Realized with stainless steel sheet AISI 304 certificated; - Geometrical hopper capacity 7 m 3 suitable with the GVW of the vehicle; - Electro-hydraulic hopper tilt for emptying; - Electro-hydraulic rear hatch closing;

5 - Commands for closing and opening of the hatch and for the tilting of the hopper placed in cabin and on board machine; - Stop Machine device of the hopper in lifted place to allow a safety access to the auxiliary engine for repair and maintenance operations; Auxiliary Engine: - Minimum power 66 kw ( on request 100 kw ), diesel 4 cylinders with water-cooled in compliance of standards in force (exhaust emissions, noisiness, etc.) Turbine: - Generate depression inside waste hopper; - Activate from auxiliary engine connected by v-belts drives (on request hydraulic drive with pump connected to auxiliary engine and to hydraulic engine connected to the impeller shaft); - The impeller is realized by with hardox400, minimum air flow m 3 /h and a depression of mm of water column, at ambient temperature of 20 C and normal atmospheric pression; - The exhaust air of the turbine return back without external dust through an internal system of dust suppression with water sprinklers, water is not lost externally; Suction Carriage,side brush and central roller brush: - Rotating brush (minimum dimensions 400x1500 mm) placed centrally, transversely oriented, below the chassis; - N 1 circular rotating side brush diameter 700 mm, placed between lateral axles of the vehicle, equipped with hydraulic rotating system, pneumatic system for lifting and extension, with commands in cabin; optional : left side rotating brush and front rotating brush mounted on mechanical arm; - Useful area of sweeping whit the unilateral model is 2.200mm without front brush; - Maximum useful area with the bilateral model and front brush is mm; - Suction mouth width 700 mm placed between central roller brush and the side brush, in order to collect and suck completely the materials moved by the brushes, it works independently from the brushes;

6 - The system while operating doesn t raise dust, and it does not leave wet surface ( optional on request the external dust suppression system for wet and wash the road surface); - Speed regulation command placed in the cabin; - Automatic lifting sweeper device while reversing and an immediately lowering of it while the vehicle move forward; Dust Suppression System: No dust dispersion with suitable water sprinklers which spray water inside suction hose and inside the hopper, liquid used does not wet the surface to sweep, avoiding eventually dangerous formations of FOD. The system can be excluded by the operator by the operator with the appropriate command. Tank with INOX AISI 316L steel, that can resist to corrosion and to the mechanical stresses, with 2000 liter capacity of water, integrated in the structure of the hopper. Hydraulic System: The system fed by pumps connected to the auxiliary motor is used to drive the brushes. A pump is connected to the gearbox of the chassis and serves for the services to be performed with the stopped machine: movement hooks hatch, movement hatch, movement barrel, power hydraulic engine of the pressure washer if present. Minimum capacity Tank for oil 40 liters equipped with a filter on the return flow. Equipment for lifting a regulation, tools and commands: Lifting, tilting and device settings of the sweeping-suction device of electro-pneumatic type with controls placed closed to the driver's seat. TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS Accompanying the machine it will be supply a rapid guide with instructions about using machine, also a detailed book Use and Maintenance ; Catalog Spare parts, Instructions Manual for maintenance and repairing with a manual showing the times different jobs should take called Tempario both for the chassis and for the equipment. 10. STAFF TRAINING

7 An instruction course for a period of 8 hours is carried out by Autobren or on request at the customer. The company is available to provide suitable education to users and maintainers and technicians both at the headquarters of the customer or at Autobren of Vicenza. 11. POST SALE ASSISTANCE It is guaranteed after-sales service through authorized service centers, located throughout the national territory, Autobren have more than an authorized dealer for every Italian region. Autobren is also authorized service center for maintenance and modifications both in warranty and post - warranty. In addition Autobren is able to intervene directly to the customer by mobile workshop. The supply of spare parts for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, is guarantee by a large stock of spare parts available on 3,000 m2 of Autobren warehouse separated from production areas. 12. TIMES OF PRODUCTION, TESTING AND DELIVERY. The preparation of the ordered vehicles happens in times between 90 and 120 days from the signed order. Any features and customizations affect the preparation time and will therefore be agreed in the offer. 13. WARRANTY The warranty on the chassis is compliant with the specifications of the manufacturer of the frame. The warranty on the body and 36 months from the date of delivery. 14. MODELS ALREADY PROVIDED TO COUNTRIES NATO, EEC and non-eec. Autobren has thirty years experience in vehicles for urban hygiene and street sweeping. Founded as a car repair shop and body shop for repairs in 1978, in 1997, designs, builds and sells the first street sweepers TS series. Since 2002 he is registered as a supplier with the NATO code AD889, manufactures and sells sweepers airport TSA series intended for civilian and military operators. The sweepers autobren were delivered in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova and Russia. In addition, supplies were carried out in Angola, Morocco, Iran, Oman.
