SSMBLY INSTRUTIONS Before assembling product, ensure all parts are included. ompare parts with package and hardware contents list (page & 3). If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. ontact customer service for replacement. stimated assembly times: 5 minutes. Tools required for assembly: mm & 3 mm Open-end Wrench (included) Phillips Screwdriver (not included). Insert the ends of the two lower hopper tubes () into the ends of rear hopper tube () by pressing down the spring buttons on both lower hopper tubes. SPRING BUTTON. Unfold the hopper bag (I). Place the assembled hopper tubes into the bottom of hopper bag. OPPR BG I 3. Slide the hopper frame strap () through the stitched sleeves on the side of the hopper bag. 3 STIT SLV 4
4. ssemble the hopper frame strap () to the lower hopper tubes () using two crosshead bolts () and two nylock nuts (). 4 5. Insert the two upper hopper tubes () through the stitched sleeves on both sides of hopper bag. Slide the end of both upper hopper tubes into the rear hopper tube () by pressing down the spring buttons on the upper hopper tubes. 5 WIN SRN STIT SLV 6. ssemble the upper hopper tubes () to lower hopper tubes () using two clevis pins () and two R clip pins (). 6 7. Slide the pivot rod (G) through the upper hopper tubes (), hopper arm tubes () and wind screen sleeve as shown. Secure both ends of pivot rod with two R clip pins (). 7 WIN SRN G 5
8. Bend the two support rods (J) and place the end of each rod into the holes on upper and lower rear hopper tubes (). 8 IMPORTNT: o not over bend the support rods. Over bending will cause the spring rods to lose supporting tension. J 9. asten the rope () through the center socket on upper rear hopper tube. 9 0. ttach the height adjust lever (B) to the locker bar on hopper housing (). Install a crosshead bolt (BB) through the aligned holes on both height adjust lever and locker bar, secure with a nylock nut (). 0 B LOR BR BB. Unfold the tongue (L) and place it in the vertical position until the holes on both tongue and folding brackets are aligned. Insert one clevis pin () through the aligned holes and secure the end of clevis pin with one R clip pin (). UNOL T TONGU OLING BRTS 6 L
. ttach the assembled tongue (L) to the sweeper housing () using two hex bolts () and two nylock hex nuts (II). L II 3. ttach the assembled hopper bag to the sweeper housing. Insert the hopper arm tubes () into the built-in tubes on sweeper housing. Insert two clevis pins () through the aligned holes and secure with two R clip pins(). 3 4. ttach the assembled sweeper to the hitch plate on the tractor using the clevis pin (). Secure the end of clevis pin with the R clip pin (). 4 IT BRT IT PLT 5.asten the end of rope () to the tractor seat. The rope is designed for dumping the hopper bag without getting off of the tractor. Important: o not attempt to attach the rope to any part of your body or clothing. o not hold on the rope while towing the sweeper. 5 7

BRUS IGT JUSTMNT The sweeper is designed with 9-position height adjustment. To adjust your sweeper brushes to the best operating height, pull the adjust lever outward till the lever is unlocked from the gear tooth, then move the adjust lever up or down to the desired position. R N MINTNN. heck for any loose fasteners before each use.. lean the sweeper after each use. a. lean sweeper housing with a soft brush or cloth. b. lean debris from hopper bag with a brush or broom.. Inspect for worn or damaged parts, such as brushes before each use. Replace as necessary.. Lubricate the gear mechanism once a year with light weight oil. STORG. lean the sweeper and hopper bag to prevent rust and mildew before storage.. To collapse the hopper bag for storage, remove the two support rods. 3. old the tongue by removing the clevis pin and cotter pin. 4. lways attach the clevis pin and cotter pin back to the empty holes on folding bracket to avoid the clevis pin being lost. Loosen the nuts connecting the brush. 3. Remove the worn or damaged brush from the brush retainers. 4. Replace with new brush by inserting the brush rib into the retainers. Tighten the nuts to fix. GR LUBRITING Lubricate the gears at least once a year. Please follow below steps to lubricate the gears:. Remove the wheels from the sweeper housing by removing the bolt securing the wheels.. Remove the gear covers by removing the bolts. 3. Lubricate the plastic gears and metal ratchet gears with light weight oil. 4. ssemble the gear cover and wheels back to the sweeper housing.
