City of Lewiston, Maine Two (2) 1 Ton 4X4 Dump Trucks with Plows BID NO: 2017-067 BID DATE: August 29, 2017 The City of Lewiston is seeking qualified bids from contractors to furnish Two (2) 1 Ton 4X4 Dump Trucks with Plows for the Public Works Department. Furnishing and mounting of this equipment shall be the responsibility of the chassis bidder. The desired equipment will be used by the Public Works Department, on and off road, as a dump truck and for snow plowing. All items appearing in the bidders regular published specifications are assumed to be included in the bidder s proposal. The following specification shall be the minimum requirements and the bid shall be of the manufacturer s latest model and design. The bid item must also comply with applicable Federal and Maine Laws. The City of Lewiston reserves the right to reject any and all bid when deemed in the best interest of the City, and to waive any minor discrepancy or technicality in the bid specifications. The proposal must be signed by the bidder with his/her full name and address and be enclosed in a sealed envelope.
