MAIN SERVICE CENTER FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. Main Center can be of the Three Levels: Level 1: All kinds of helicopters maintenance and current repair. Level 2: All kinds of helicopters maintenance, current repair and repair of airframes & systems. Level 3: All kinds of helicopters maintenance, current repair and overhaul. 7
MAINTENANCE AND CURRENT REPAIR (1 Level) The following kinds of the maintenance and current repair are carried out in the Service Center of Level 1: Operational maintenance Periodic maintenance: - after 50 flight hrs - after 100 flight hrs - after 200 flight hrs - after 300 flight hrs - lubrication works Special maintenance. PERSONNEL TRAINING Permanent training & upgrade qualification of the personnel of various specialties are required for successful functioning of the service center. The following stages are scheduled for personnel training : -theoretic training in the Training Center -practical training in the Training Center and in the work places - apprenticeship in the service center - certification of the personnel 22
PERSONNEL TRAINING The following are required to train personnel: - educational programs & books; - software for teaching procedure; - certified teachers & instructors. Personnel training can be conducted in the specially equipped classes of the service center or in the Training Center equipped with special simulator. 23
