AMM 6-20-00 3.0.0.0ZONING 1. General This section includes a description of the method used in oning the aircraft and defines the boundaries of the major ones and major sub-ones. ones are identified by three-digit numbers. The first digit defines the major one. The major ones are as follows. Refer to Figure 1 Major Zone No. Definition 100 Under floor area between fuselage stations -60 and 595 200 Above floor area between fuselage nose and station 475 300 Empennage. Includes stabiliers, rudder, elevators and tail section of fuselage aft of station 475. 400 Powerplant 500 Left wing. Includes flaps, aileron and strut 600 Right wing. Includes flaps, aileron and strut 700 Landing gear. Includes stub wing 800 Doors The major sub-ones are identified by the remaining two digits. Refer to Figure 2. Refer to Figure 3. They are defined as follows:- Major Sub-one No. Definition 110 Between fuselage stations -60 and 3 121 (122) Between fuselage stations 3 and 74 left (right) but excluding the nose wheel well which is part of major one 700. 130 Between fuselage stations 74 and 508 140 Between fuselage stations 508 and 595 210 Between the fuselage nose and fuselage station 3 220 Between fuselage stations 3 and 74 6-20-00 Page 1

AMM 6-30-00 4.0.0.0ACCESS DOORS AND PANELS 1. General The figures which follow, which taken as a group, identify all access doors and panels throughout the aircraft (both external and internal). Refer to Figure 1. 2. Method of identification Each access door or panel is identified by a numeric/alpha number. The numeric component of the number is the three digit number which identifies the smallest one in which the door is located. The two-element alpha suffix designates the location of the door within the one. The first alpha letter identifies each door within the one in a logical sequence, i.e. inboard to outboard or front to rear, starting with `A' in each one. The second alpha letter locates the door in its relationship to the aircraft, as follows: T = Top B = Bottom L = Left hand R = Right hand Z = Internal For example, access door 230ER would be fifth access door aft of frame 74 on the fuselage right side. 6-30-00 Page 1
