Please inform your dealers of this notice. LT-A750XL1 Set-Up Manual will not be issued because the set-up procedures for this model remain unchanged from LT-A750XK8 except the differences described below. To set-up LT-A750XL1, please use the LT-A750XK8 Set-Up Manual and this Service Bulletin. LT-A750XK8 Set-Up Manual: 99505-01068-01E DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LT-A750XK8 AND LT-A750XL1 1. UNCRATING THE VEHICLE [Page: 1 Paragraph: 3, 4] Use a box cutter to open the carton along the perforated lines. A: Perforate line [Page: 2 Paragraph: 1] Dismantle the wooden crate. The parts shown as Item E, F, G, H and I in the table are supplied for limited markets. Please hand over the parts shown as Item D and I in the table to your customer together with vehicle. 3. SERVICING ENGINE OIL [Page: 19 Paragraph: 2,3] This vehicle is shipped from factory with the engine filled with engine oil. Operating the engine with too little or too much oil can damage the engine. Place the ATV on level ground. Check the oil level with the engine oil dipstick before each use of the vehicle. Be sure the engine oil level is always above the L (low) line and not higher than the F (full) line. Remove the fasteners to take off the footrest guard lid. To remove the fastener, pull the center pin as C and pull out the fastener as D. A: Footrest guard lid B: Fastener F L Check the engine oil level as follows. 1. Place the vehicle on level ground. 2. Start the engine and allow it to run for three minutes at idling speed. 3. Stop the engine and wait three minutes. 4. Remove the oil filler plug. The engine oil dipstick comes out together with the oil filler plug. Wipe the oil from the dipstick with a clean rag. 5. Reinsert the dipstick until the threads touch the filler neck, but do not screw the plug in. 6. Draw out the dipstick and check the oil level. 7. If the level is below the L (Low) line, add fresh oil from the filler hole. If the level is above the F (Full) line, drain oil from the drain hole. 8. Reinstall the drain plug and engine oil filler plug. Tighten them securely. 9. Reinstall the footrest guard lid. A: Engine oil filler plug B: Engine oil dipstick
