The certified EPA Tier 2 Cummins QSK23 engine with an advanced auminum cooing package is avaiabe for a markets. The fueoptimized MTU12V2 diese engine is aso avaiabe outside of North America. Both engines are 76 SAE gross HP. n Transmission. We ve upgraded the transmission to the Aison H662A with Shift Energy Management (SEM) system. The SEM system reduces engine torque during transmission shifts, deivering onger drivetrain ife and increased operator comfort. n Redesigned fue tank. The EH115 offers you quicker refueing with a ow pressure Fast Fue option that uses the truck s standard fue tank. n Access system. The brake accumuators are now positioned outside of the radiator support for easier service. The ube system pump and battery switches, previousy ocated on the deck, are now mounted on the support for easy access. In addition, the batteries are now inside the front bumper and accessibe from ground eve. n Deck equipment. We ve moved the steering accumuator coser to the center of the deck and the RCB vave is now accessibe from the deck for better serviceabiity. In addition, the EH115 now features a service ight on the front handrai, making it easier to see the cooant eve and fiters during maintenance checks. n Cab features. Another improvement is a new LCD screen that doubes as an instrument pane and a backup camera monitor. That experience and knowedge has now been pushed to the next eve, to deveop the truy advanced ACCUTRAC suspension for the EH115. To make sure it was fine tuned to the imit, Lotus Engineering, a word eader in suspension design, was contracted to review the entire system to assure optimized ride and handing performance. The ACCUTRAC suspension system features independent traiing arms for each front whee with NEOCON struts, containing energy absorbing gas and compressibe NEOCONE fuid, mounted between the king pins and the frame. This arrangement aows a wider front track that provides a better ride, improved stabiity and a reduced turning circe. The rear axe housing has an Aframe mounting. The rear NEOCON struts are mounted in a more vertica position which aows a more pure axia oading and reduces the tractive and braking forces transmitted to the nose cone. NEOCON struts outperform competitive strut designs by improving isoation, stabiity, and contro. Improved isoation means reduced impact oading on the structura members of the machine and greater operator comfort, resuting in onger equipment ife and increased productivity.
