About ÖZTEKNİK A.Ş. was founded at 50 sqm workshop in 1971 by Mr. Ibrahim OZTÜRK ( 1942-2013). Historically company manufactured different Automotive spare parts for the aftermatket but today company have been manufactured 3 major product groups for Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicles Spare Parts industry in OEM, OES and IAM segments, at his three locations in Izmir, which were based on totally 30.000sqm land space. Milestones 1971 Company was founded by Mr. Ibrahim Öztürk for manufacturing tools and dies. 1975 Investment for new product line door and window mechanisms for BMC commercial vehicles manufacturer and supplied to BMC assembly line. 1988 Moved to new factory which is located in Pınarbaşı/Izmir. 1989 Investment for new product line Brakes Systems for Brake Drums 1991 Started to Supply Brake systems to BMC and Chrysler assembly lines. 1992 Became Tier 2 Supplier to Ford, Mercedes,, Iveco, Isuzu in Turkey, through Arvin Meritor. 1993 Became Tier 2 Supplier to Renault V.I. in France, through Arvin Meritor. 1996 Reorganization of the company and cooperate structure changed to Özteknik Motorlu Taşıtlar ve Makine Tic. Ltd. Şti. 2000 Investment for new product line Steering Columns, Torque Rods and Gear Lever Systems for commercial vehicles. 2001 Certification of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. 2003 Moved to new factory which is located in Kemalpaşa/Izmir. 2004 Investment for new product line Cabin Tilting Systems for Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicles. 2005 Investment for new product line Suspension & Steering Parts for Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicles. Introduce EgeROT brand. Foreign Trade Company EgeROT San.Tic.Ltd.Şti was founded. 2007 Certification of the ISO TS 16949:2002 Quality Management System. 2008 Started Design and Validation tests of Tie Rods and ball joints for Military Service Vehicles (FNSS) 2009 Acquisition of Forging Company (Taşsan AŞ) 2011 Started to supply products to Military Service Vehicles ( FNSS) 2012 Investment for new product line Steering Cylinders for Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicles. 2012 Applied patent for Bearing Element Having An Outer Bearing Coated With Metal And Formed By Injecting Plastic Material 2013 Started investment for Clutches for Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicles Brands OZTEKNIK A.S. focus and produce 3 major product groups suitable for 7 sisters European and Russian type heavy duty commercial vehicles. Suspension and Steering parts, EGEROT is registered trade mark for the product group. Hydraulic Cabin Tilting Equipments, is registered trade mark for the product group. Clients ÖZTEKNİK A.Ş. precisely follow the customers to understand their needs and expectations, in order to cover and satisfy them continuously improve himself at Product Range coverage, Availability, Sales and Marketing without any compromise of his product quality which is required by Original product quality level. As per required parameters by vehicle manufacturers, on project basis OZTEKNİK A.Ş. design and develop new products for the vehicle applications. As being Tier1 or Tier2 supplier, ÖZTEKNİK A.Ş. supplied their products to vehicles manufacturers assembly lines and their aftermarket spare parts programs.
Facilities RD Laboratory Especially EGEROT and branded products are the highest risk ranking products on vehicles in terms of failure and causing fatal accidents. Products are designed and developed by senior engineers by 100% following vehicle manufacturer s material and operational requirement. Developed products are validated on static and dynamic test benches beside the life vehicle tests before offering to our customers. Production Production is integrated and self sufficient, all components and products manufactured in house by forging, pressing, CNC machining, welding, surface treatment, heat treatment and assembly. 100% final control tests take place after products assembly.

Continuously OZTEKNIK invest on his human resources beside his investment program of new machinery and products. Certification Production and products are ISO 9001 and TS/EN 16949 certificated. Factory Plant Since OZTEKNİK A.Ş. started in 1971 at 50 sqm workshop, today company has 3 three production facilities, which have totally 30.000 sqm land space in Izmir, which have excellent connection with the logistic network.
Products Hydraulic Cabin Equipments s are for lifting and lowering the various weight cabins during maintenance of the trucks. They are equipped with the security locking valves in order to avoid fatal accidents in case of connecting hose failures.
Cabin Tilting Hand Pump Cabin Tilting pumps are for pressurizing cabin cylinders up to required working pressure like 250-400 bars. They can be manually or electro motor operated. Cabin Latch Steering Cylinder Cabin latches are for fixing and locking cabins on the chassis. Steering cylinder controls axial movement of second steering axle. Movement of the piston within the cylinder, causes corresponding axle movement of steering rod and pivoting of knuckle assemblies for effective steering.
