Updated June 30, 2017 Case Number 17 8628 06/30/2017 at 1:50 am 250 Washington Road Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts) Subject(s) Adelman, Ross S., male age 18, 1190 W. Old Mill Road, Lake Forest IL 60045 $25000 07/28/2017 at 1:00pm C 120 Waukegan Police were contacted by Lake Forest College Security after they located an occupied Jeep Cherokee parked on school property at Halas Hall and observed several teens run from the area of the vehicle. LFC Security called 911 and responding officers located a vehicle occupied by Adelman parked at Halas Hall. Upon speaking with Adelman, officers located a baggie containing 15 Xanax in his possession. Adelman was arrested, transported to the Public Safety Building where he was held pending consultation with the Lake County States Attorney s office for charges. Subsequently, Adelman was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, processed and held pending transport to the Lake County Jail for a bond hearing. Case Number 17 8627 06/29/2017 at 11:31 pm Rte. 41 and Westleigh Road Driving While License Suspended, Expired Registration Subject(s) Sanchez, Lluvia D. Female, age 29, 236 Llewellyn Ave, Highwood, IL 60040 $1500 Police operating in the area of Rte. 41 and Westleigh Road stopped a vehicle for expired registration. Police spoke to the driver, Sanchez, and determined her driver s license was suspended. Sanchez was arrested, charged with Driving While License Suspended, and transported to the Public Safety Building where she was processed, released on bond and given a July court date. Case Number 17 8515 06/27/2017 at 10:06 pm Rte. 60 and Saunders Road Driving While License Suspended $1500 Subject(s) Bell, Cierra M. female, age 31, 413 N. Leamington Ave., Chicago, IL 60644 Police on patrol in the area of Rte. 60 and Saunders stopped a 2015 Equinox for expired registration and determined the driver, Bell, was driving on a suspended license. Bell was arrested, charged with Driving While License Suspended, processed, released on bond and given a July court date.

Case Number 17 8478 06/27/2017 at 7:49 am Rte. 41 and Rte. 60 No Valid DL, Overweight Vehicle, Expired Registration $1500 Subject(s) Beltran, Bertoldo, male, age 36, 2509 29 th Street, Zion, IL 60099 Police conducting Overweight Truck Enforcement stopped a truck for an overweight truck violation. Officers spoke to the driver Beltran and determined Beltran did not have a valid driver s license, the vehicle was 7,800 lbs. overweight and the registration was expired. Beltran was cited, released on bond and given a July court date. Case Number 17 8455 06/26/2017 at 3:32 pm Western Ave. and Onwentsia Rd. Driving While License Revoked, Illegal Transportation of Open Alcohol and two Failure to Appear warrants from DuPage County Subject(s) Olmedo, Hal F. male, age 27, 4100 N. Marine Dr. Chicago, IL 60613 $50000 06/30/2017 at 9:00 am C 120 Police on routine patrol in the area of Ryan and Western observed a gold SUV stop on the railroad tracks and block the roadway and tracks. Police stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver Olmedo who stated he did not have a license (it was revoked). Police also located open alcohol in the vehicle as well as determining Olmedo was wanted on two warrants from DuPage County. Olmedo was arrested and charged with Driving While License Revoked and Illegal Transportation of Open Alcohol. He was processed and transported to Lake County jail and held pending a bond hearing. Case Number 17 8432 06/26/2017 at 12:44 am Rte. 41 and Deerpath No Valid Driver s License $1500 Subject(s) Shegog, Coni L., female, age 28, 340 Iris Lane, Chicago Heights, IL 60411 Officers on routine patrol stopped a dark colored Hyundai for a traffic offense and when they approached the vehicle and spoke to the driver Shegog, determined Shegog did not have a valid driver s license. Shegog was arrested, charged with No Valid License, transported to the PSB where she was processed, released on bond and given a July court date.

Case Number 17 8384 06/25/2017 at 3:32 am Waukegan Road and Westleigh Road Subject(s) Juvenile male, age 17, Lake Forest, Illinois Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol $3000 07/28/2017 at 9:00 am C 405 Waukegan Police on routine patrol in the area of Everett Road and Country Place observed a black Jeep Wrangler make several traffic violations. Police stopped the vehicle near Waukegan and Westleigh Road and made contact with the juvenile driver. The officer immediately smelled the odor of alcohol coming from the juvenile driver. The juvenile was requested to perform several field sobriety test which he did not pass and he was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol after officers located an open beer in the center console. The juvenile driver was transported to the PSB, processed, released on bond and given a July court date. Case Number 17 8274/75 06/22/2017 at 4:45 am Suffolk and Danbury Ct. area Stolen Motor Vehicles n/a n/a Subject(s) Unknown Police responded to the area of Suffolk and Danbury Ct after two residents called and reported their cars had been stolen. Police determined a 2016 Land Rover containing a wallet, credit cards and a large amount of cash and a 2009 Buick Enclave were taken from two residents. Both vehicles were unlocked and keys left in the vehicles. No suspects were identified at this time. Further Investigation Pending. Case Number 17 8165 06/21/2017 at 12:56 am Waveland Park Minor Consumption of Alcohol Admin. Hearing Subject(s) 07/12/2017 at 9:00 am City Hall Feldhaus, Nikolas, male, age 19, 1156 Mt. Vernon, Lake Forest, IL 60045 Cohen, Mitchel R., male, age 20, 510 Rockland, Lake Bluff, IL 60044 Police on routine patrol were checking Waveland Park when they observed a vehicle parked in the parking lot and three people run from the park. Police stopped and talked to the three individuals and identified one male juvenile along with Feldhaus and Cohen. Officers determined Feldhaus and Cohen had been drinking and they admitted to being at a party on Katheryn Lane where there was alcohol. Both were issued administrative hearing citations for minor consumption of alcohol, given a July court date and released.

Updated June 21, 2017 Case Number 17 8013 06/18/2017 at 4:35 am Sheridan Road and East Sheridan Road Driving Under the Influence $3000 Subject(s) Martin, Ryan T., male, age 19, 205 Ravine Forest Dr. Lake Bluff, IL 60044 08/04/2017 at 0900 C 405 Waukegan Police on routine patrol looking for a black BMW that 911 callers described as all over the road located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop after witnessing traffic violations. Police spoke with the driver who appeared to be impaired due to his actions and from the smell of alcohol coming from his breath and police discovered fresh vehicle damage indicating the vehicle had recently struck a tree. Police performed field sobriety test and determined Martin was impaired. He was arrested for DUI and transported to the Public Safety Building for processing. Martin subsequently submitted to a breath test which indicated a 0.161 blood alcohol result. Martin was processed, released on bond and given an August court date. Case Number 17 7961 06/17/2017 at 12:20 AM Lake Forest Library Domestic Battery $1000 Subject(s) Haberland, William A., male, age 58, 499 College, Lake Forest, IL 60045 06/20/2017 at 9:00 am C 207 Waukegan Police responded to the Lake Forest Library after a caller reported two people fighting on the ground on south side of the road. Police located a female victim and Haberland at the scene. Police determined through witness statements that Haberland pushed the female to the ground, held the female in a headlock and caused other injuries. Haberland was arrested for domestic battery, processed and held pending transport to lake County jail. Case Number 17 7917 06/16/17 at 12:04 am 1300 block of Woodhill Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (Felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia $5000 06/27/2017 at 9:00 am C 120 Waukegan Subject(s) Gottesman, Eric S, male, age 27, 1302 Dartmouth Ln., Deerfield, Il 60015 Police on routine patrol observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the area and, upon approaching the vehicle, officers detected the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Police spoke with the occupant, Gottsman and upon further investigation police located a container of cannabis and drug paraphernalia in his pocket and in the vehicle. Gottsman was arrested, charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled

Substance and Drug Paraphernalia, processed and held pending transport to Lake County jail.. Updated June 15, 2017 Case Number 17 7814 06/14/2017 at 10:29 am Westleigh Road and Basswood No Valid Driver s License, No Vehicle Insurance, Expired Registration Subject(s) Bascom, Ashlee Anne Marie, female, age 25, 2234 Green Bay Road, North Chicago, IL 60064 $1500 Police on routine patrol conducted a traffic stop on a 2003 Chrysler minivan. Police determined the registration was expired and when they spoke to the female driver they determined Bascom did not have a valid license to drive and carried no insurance on the vehicle. Bascom was arrested, charged with No Valid Driver s License, No Vehicle Insurance and Expired Registration. She was processed, released on bond and given a July court date. Case Number 17 7618 06/10/2017 at 6:44 pm Rte. 41 and Old Elm Hit and Run Accident, Driving While License is Expired $1500 Subject(s) Gomez Alonso, Rogelo. Male, age 34, 2068 1st St., Apt. #204, Highland Park, IL 60035 Police investigated a traffic crash that occurred at the intersection of Rte. 41 and Old Elm involving a 2017 Mercedes and a red Dodge pickup. The driver of the Mercedes stated his vehicle was struck and damaged by the pickup and then the driver sped away. The victim was able to get a plate number and police located the vehicle and determined the owner of the vehicle was the driver at fault. The driver was cited for driving on an expired license, leaving the scene of an accident and improper lane usage. He was cited, released on bond and given a July court date. Case Number 17 7554 6/9/2017 at 9:47 am Old Elm Road and Beverly Place Driving While License Suspended $1500 Subject(s) Rufino Morales, Jaime M., male, age 44, 914 Adams St., #2, Waukegan, IL 60085 Police were called to the intersection of Beverly and Old Elm for a traffic crash. Police spoke to both drivers and during the investigation determined Rufino Morales was responsible for the crash after he made an improper left turn and it was determined his driver s license was suspended at the time of the crash. Rufino Morales was arrested, charged with DWLS, processed and released on bond. He was given a July

court date. Updated June 9, 2017 Case Number 17 7430 06/06/2017 at Deerpath Square and Kennington Terrace Subject(s) Catalan Diaz, Lidoine, male, age 42, 1807 W Cermak, Chicago, IL 60608 Driving While License Suspended, Failure to Appear Warrant (DuPage Co.) $3000.00 Police were operating in the area of Kennington and Deerpath Square when they came into contact with Catalan Diaz. Police determined his driver s license was suspended and his vehicle registration was expired. Police also determined Catalan Diaz had an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant from DuPage County. Catalan Diaz was arrested, processed and released on bond. He was given a July court date for Lake Forest and DuPage county charges. Case Number 17 7270 06/04/2017 at 1:03 am Sheridan Road and Westminster Driving While License Suspended $1500 Subject(s) Brown, Anastasia L., female, age 19, 1901 Channel Beach Ave., Johnsburg, IL 60051 07/18/2017 at 1:30pm Police in the area of Sheridan Road and Westminster conducted a traffic stop on a tan 2002 Pontiac for an observed traffic violation. When officers spoke to the driver, Brown, they determined her driver s license was suspended at the time of the stop and Brown was arrested for DWLS. Brown was transported to the Public Safety Building, processed, released on bond and given a July court date. Case Number 17 7266 06/03/2017 at 10:31 pm Rte. 41 and Westmoreland Driving Under the Influence, Driving While License Suspended $3000 07/07/2017 at 9:00 am C 405 Waukegan Subject(s) Muniz Alarcon, Jimmy O., male age 30, 3125 15 th Place, North Chicago, IL 60064 Police responded to the area of Rte. 41 and Westmoreland Road on a reported crash at that location. Police located the vehicles involved and while investigating the crash, determined Muniz Alarcon was driving under the influence of alcohol and his driver s license was suspended. Muniz Alarcon was arrested, charged with DUI and DWLS, processed and released on bond. He was given a July court date.

Case Number 17 7218 06/02/2017 at 10:10pm Rte. 41 and Old Elm Speeding 91/55 and Driving While License Suspended $1500 Subject(s) Uriosteguri, Ivan. Male, age 37, 2022 Western Ave., Waukegan, IL 60087 Police operating on Rte. 42 stopped a 2002 BMW for speeding 91 mph in a 55 zone, and upon speaking with the driver, Uriosteguri, determined his driver s license was suspended for a previous DUI. Uriosteguri was arrested for Speeding 91/55 and Driving While License Suspended. He was transported to the Public Safety Building, processed and released on bond. He was given July court date. Case Number 17 7164 06/02/2017 at 1:00 am Rte. 41 and Old Elm Driving While License Suspended $1500 Subject(s) Hasan Martin, Takilah R, female, age 24, 2285 S. Lexington Dr., Mount Prospect, IL 60056 Police on routine patrol stopped a 2014 Buick for speeding on Rte. 41. Police spoke to the driver, Hasan Martin and determined her driver s license was suspended. Hasan Martin was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, transported to the Public Safety Building, processed and released on bond. She was given a July court date.
