Police patrol vehicle shall be equipped with factory installed Basic Police Packages plus any additional items listed below and must be the manufacturer s latest production model. All items that are considered standard but are not specifically mentioned in these specifications are to be included. Cars including all necessary equipment shall be furnished, delivered new, complete and turn-key ready for use.
