Airmix is the oldest most proven medium pressure technology in the world with a 30 year track record of serving thousands of satisfied customers throughout the world. A great Airmix spray package requires different pieces working in harmony to deliver the concert performance that our customers have come to expect. The suction assembly is selected to remove large particles and balance the need to draw sufficient fluid while minimizing cleaning waste. The pump is carefully crafted to minimize pulsation, maintenance and again cleaning waste at just the right pressure and flowrate. The feed hoses have unique pulsation dampening properties to eliminate any subtle pulsation and deliver the air and fluid at minimal pressure loss. In the final act there is the gun, with dual filtering to remove all the fine particles and harmonizing the air with the fluid to deliver a spray performance that is unequal anywhere in the world. 4World class finishing World Class Finishing Imagine a spray painting system that eliminates excess overspray, turbulence, and bounceback. A system that applies material to your parts, not your spray booth. Kremlin s Airmix technology substantially reduces coating usage, booth maintenance, and product rejects. Airmix is made for industrial users who require a world class finish and demand high application transfer efficiency. Airmix is a registered trademark of Kremlin. Airmix With the precision engineered Kremlin tip and aircap, atomization air is blended with the fluid at the locus of atomization, which delivers a very controlled balanced spray that produces a uniform build. Air-Assisted Airless With competitive tips and aircaps, air is injected directly into or beyond the locus of atomization. This creates excessive turbulence, overspray, coarse particles, and a very uneven film build requiring additional finishing steps. Xtra Series Fine Finish Tips These tips are specially designed to improve atomization of polyurethanes, water-based, & high solid coatings. The Xtra tips have been tested and proven at many customer locations & received great results. On standard coatings, these tips may also help to further reduce the amount of atomizing air needed at the gun.

The Benefits Of AIRMIX Airmix has become a standard in the industry by providing better atomization, producing lower paint velocities, requiring much lower air consumption and offering extremely high transfer efficiencies. Paint Velocity - Reduces booth maintenance The paint velocity has a direct impact on performance: the higher the velocity, the greater the amount of overspray and bounceback, which combine to quickly pollute the booth. As can be seen from the graph on the right, the particle speed with Airmix is much lower than with all other systems. Transfer Efficiency - Saves on paint costs Users of Airmix achieve the highest transfer efficiency available.
