RACK JACK VERTICAL PIPE RACKING and SKIDDING SYSTEM 225K 340K The Hydraulic Rack Jack feature enables crews to vertically rack pipe, improving trip times and enhancing safety. When combined with the skidding system, it allows intervention operations to be performed on multiple wells without rigging down or laying down the work string. Suitable for onshore and offshore operations Features large work basket to improve personnel safety Racking capacity up to 17,500 feet of 3 1 2-inch tubing 5,000 to 22,000 ft-lb range of torque capabilities (unit specific) 70-foot gin pole with 10,000-pound utility winch available to handle large BHAs Heavy duty tong pole to handle large drill pipe and casing tongs BOP trolley system capable of lifting up to 40,000 pounds 1,000,000-pound skidding system load capacity Hydraulic milling clamp is available Innovative Technology Ultra-high torque rotary produces up to 22,000 pounds of torque and contains a braking system that prevents backlash. High-capacity gin pole allows handling of BHAs up to 10,000 pounds in a 70-foot section. Mud system improves recovery of solids and handling of workover fluids. Quick stack tower allows for a safer and easier way to enter and exit the work basket. Torque tube allows use of ultra-high torque rotary system when jack is fully extended without transferring excess torque to the jack leg. Slip interlock system assures positive weight transfer of tubulars while tripping or snubbing operations are being performed. The interlock system features an electric-over-hydraulic fail-safe that will not allow all slips to be open simultaneously. Rack Jack is a registered trademark of Cudd Pressure Control Inc.
